This review is difficult for me to write because I genuinely support Hambones Pizza as a company. While the food is consistently good, my concern lies with the store’s operations. My family orders from Hambones once or twice a week, and unfortunately, nearly every order is missing something. Typically it is small items like parmesan or ranch, which wouldn’t normally be an issue, but the frequency of these errors has become a pattern.
On my last order, I requested an Italian salad with a side of dressing, but it arrived with a cup of ranch not Italian, which was disappointing. I called the store simply to provide feedback on their attention to detail; it was near closing time, so I didn’t ask for a redelivery. In recognition of the recurring issues, I was told a $20 credit would be placed on my account.
However, when I called tonight to use that credit, I was told only $10 was on file. This perfectly illustrates the lack of follow-through I’m referring to. While I’m not interested in making this a major confrontation, I am simply exhausted by the experience. I wouldn’t tell others to avoid Hambones, but my family will be exploring other options for now.
For the owner: Your staff is undermining the quality of your product, and it is ultimately costing you loyal customers. The food is excellent, but the constant operational issues make it difficult to justify the cost. I understand the staff may be young and learning, but as a customer, I am still paying for a complete and accurate product.

If you want to really enjoy your pepperoni’s potential, be sure to order it “cupped.” New York thin and “cupped” pepperoni does not disappoint! Exceptional edge-crisped cupped pepperoni, plus (insert favorite toppings) —best pizza I’ve had in long time! Final thoughts, best pizza in Cheyenne either way!

We only ordered cheese pizza but it was very good, not too greasy, it was able to be picked up without dripping. The breadsticks were awesome, so pillowy soft, lots of flavor. The marinara sauce is so good, they threw in an extra cup for us. We also got Mac and cheese and it was rich and cheesy, lots of sauce on it. I think this will be our new pizza go to!!

Owning a business myself, I never give less than five starts as I don’t want to be the guy who detracts from another’s livelihood and I rarely write something. In this particular case, the food necessitates some praises. I have traveled for three decades in my work and have eaten from HUNDREDS of different pizzerias. I can unequivocally state that the calzone so lovingly prepared by you folks was one of the best I have eaten. The seasoning on the perfectly baked crust was like falling into a soft bed of flavor. I asked for extra jalapeños and they not only delivered, but they also baked some on the top of the (did I mention, perfect crust). Normally when experiencing food this good, the sauce can never keep up and ends up detracting from the culinary delight like rusted rims on a Lexus. The marinara sauce paired perfectly and brought the calzone to a whole new level. But what really caused me to sit up and take notice was the green chili sauce. I had mistakenly thought it was something else when ordering and was politely corrected. Yet, still wanting some green chillies, I ordered it anyway. Adding that sauce to my calzone was like fresh guac on nachos. My compliments to the chef and thank you for making a meal I will remember and talk about for years to come.

I was passing through Cheyenne Wyoming, and looked into pizza to make things easy. This place by far exceeds expectations and I would dare say is the best pizza I have ever had in my life (and I’ve been to Chicago and New York) I wish I was moving here just to have this pizza again and again. I got the chicken Alfredo and everything was amazing from cheese to crust. 10/10 definitely will recommend. Please open a location in Spokane Washington thank you

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had… thank you to the owner for delivering outside of the range of their delivery, but was very disappointed on the delivery driver that lied to the owner and said I did not tip him. I gave him a 8$ tip, He told the owner I gave him nothing… and that was a lie. I ordered again the next day and I’m giving the driver a $27 tip to prove my point. Before I leave Cheyenne, I’m going to go into the facility and speak with the owner.

I typically wont go out of my way to post negative reviews of resturaunts. However, this places constantly fills my mailbox with unsoliciated flyers that I have to pay to dispose of. The quality of the food is as low as it gets. I would put them on par with frozen tombstone pizzas. Dog food on carboard with lots of hot sauce poured over top would be my most accurate description of this brand of pizza.

Staying at a hotel/resort and was recommended this place over Domino’s, so glad I ordered here. Pizza was a lot better than a Domino’s pizza and the prices are very reasonable !! I also had the Cesar salad and wings both were excellent ! Salad size was large. They also deliver !!
