Drinks are always made like trash and they never make them properly. Orders are always behind and you have to wait at least 5 minutes longer than expected. I got a strawberry açaí and they barely added any base to it and it tasted like water. Iced London fog that I ordered wasn’t made properly as I saw the drink being made. It wasn’t even shaken with the ice and was lukewarm.

This is a great spot and very consistent. I would love to see the store updated and get more comfy seating but overall really great. Some of the baristas seem new which is fine while others are the glue and warmth here. The shifts Dom and Tiana (hopefully im spelling that right) are amazing and always ready to explain or answer questions and there are two baristas that do amazing but unfortunately at this time i can’t recall their names but they are very kind.

Having a relatively new, but somewhat severe allergy to whey protein, I couldn’t believe I ordered the protein coffee without asking what kind of protein was used. I was really embarrassed, but the barista was very sympathetic and made me a new safe drink. She also refused to let me pay for it. It may seem like a little thing, but it made my day. ☺️

Very disappointed, will not be returning.

This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I’ve never had such poor service at any other Starbucks.

First, I stood at the register for about 5 minutes. Several employees saw me, but no one acknowledged me. I just stood there awkwardly while they all continued doing other things. That alone already felt rude and unwelcoming.

When someone finally came to take my order, I asked for a matcha frappuccino, but they gave me a matcha latte. I respectfully let them know, and instead of just remaking it professionally, I could hear them talking to each other through their headsets right in front of me, saying things like, “No, she ordered a latte.” Not only could I clearly hear them, but I had also politely and clearly stated that I ordered a frappuccino.

They took the drink back and gave me a second one but it was clearly just the latte blended with ice. It was watery, runny, and nothing like a real thick frappuccino. When they handed it to me, one of them even pointed at the drink and said, “That’s a frappuccino,” like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I replied, “Yeah, I know. That’s what I ordered, not a latte.” And then they continued talking about me over the headset again.

It was just so unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. The staff were slow, dismissive, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. After reading some other reviews, I realize I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. Sadly, I totally agree with all the negative feedback. I won’t be coming back here again.

The order Taker at the drive thru today 1/30 @ 428 p.m at this location in Bloomingdale -Army Trail, was totally not Service oriented. She has a condescending voice so different from other locations who have sweet and business like voices . Please put people who are deserving with an attitude who’s willing to help not drive away customers. Tsk!

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience tonight left me feeling really disappointed with Starbucks. I came this evening with my sister she doesn’t get out much, and she really loves the Refreshers. It was her birthday so I wanted to treat her to her favorite drink. I knew about the birthday reward through the app, so she was really excited to finally get it. When we got to the window, I politely asked why she didn’t have the birthday offer. The barista explained that if the app isn’t active, it won’t send the reward which I completely understand. What upset me, though, was when she added, “Try again next year.” That comment felt dismissive and unnecessary. It’s not about the free drink it’s about the experience and how it made my sister feel on her special day. I hope Starbucks can remind staff to show a little more empathy and care in moments like this.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. I come to this location consistently because it’s close to me however I would rather drive a little further away and have better service. Half the time you aren’t properly greeted with a hello. The drinks are never consistent and usually are watered down. The line is almost always backed up and by the time you get your drink it’s not even worth it anymore.

Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 cinnamon dolce lattes and they are so watered down it tastes like they added water to the milk. I don’t even feel comfortable asking them to remake them and they wouldn’t give me a refund over the phone. Will not be returning here
