We went on 1/20 at 8pm and the two girls and guy that were working were the sweetest people ever. They were super accommodating to our blizzard request and got everything out efficiently. They all were very well mannered. We appreciated it!

will not be coming here again. service is terrible, most of the workers act like it’s their first day there. expect to wait awhile if you get food here, certainly not fast food. and if you are given a coupon with with the words “meal deal” don’t expect that to be for a meal deal, just a sundae. which is very misleading and they do it intentionally. manager was extremely condescending. never had so many negative experiences at one store in my life. just very unprofessional. they have lost my service

I ordered a crispy cheeseburger, hold the pickles. What I got was an awful burger with most of the cheese melted off and hardly any onion straws bits. The only thing decent were the fries and sundae… so very disappointed!

Drive through has a camera in it. Makes going out for an evening ice cream feel creepy and like I’m living in a weird movie where recording video of somebody’s face in a drive through is a thing that doesn’t bother people. Add to it that the drive through has a voice that welcomes each customer, but that voice doesn’t belong to a person in the building. A different voice then takes your order. Perhaps somebody ordered the new high tech drive through system without considering the customer experience. This review is my feedback that the drive through systems provides a negative customer experience. I’m not going back there.

I recently discovered their chocolate brownie heath/ice-cream, and I came in on Dec 16 within 10 minutes of closing to get my fix. The young man who assisted me clearly had a cold, struggling with a snotty nose. I then proceeding to see him grab the brownie with his bare hands and split it in two before chopping it. I was too stunned to say anything, and too disgusted to eat it. A quick way to get that craving out of my system quickly and permanentl.
Update on 01.19.26- I followed the steps listed in the reply and no one has followed up with me after that.

Friendly employees, food cooked right and everything was in the bag. Looked like they were understaffed but both employees who helped me didn’t act irritated or grumpy. That’s says a lot about them. We appreciate you!

I asked for a large carmel sundae. First they tried to give me a shake.. i said i ordered a sundae, he said i heard shake.. then he made my sundae, the top of the ice cream barely went past the top of ghe cup. I said this is a large? He said yes!! He was rude!! I even took a picture cause this is ridiculous!! I doubt anyone cares gho, except me!! I’m 65 and been to dairy queen as long as i can remember all across the country!! This is the worst!! Does dairy queen no longer have standards?!?! I won’t go back to ghat one!!!

They handed us half melted thinly dipped cones. The cone was sideways and you could see the ice cream through the paper thin dip. I tried to take a pic but it didn’t show exactly how terrible it was. I’d rather they had told us the ice cream was too soft to make a cone rather than charge us and hand us melted cones.

Sadly, the last three times I’ve purchased an ice cream cone the ice cream has been way too soft. Additionally, nearly every time the employees pick up the cone then put on the ice cream THEN put on the napkin. Nearly every time I end up giving the dog my cone when I get home. I’ve asked so many times for employees to put the napkin on as they pick up the cone but have given up because they generally argue with me about their not touching the cone. Health code calls for the napkin to be put on first. 🙁
