Order placed at 5:50 estimated delivery time 45 minutes. 45 minutes AFTER expected delivery time my husband calls up and tells them we were expecting a delivery 45 minutes ago and the person hung up on him! Order was finally delivered my husband walks out and the driver is pulling pizzas out of huge tubs to get to our order ♀️ cheese sticks are soggy but kids didn’t seem to mind that. The blt pizza only had a sprinkle of bacon bits on it and the lettuce was wilted. Also paid extra for thick cuts and it was no where near thick… hard pass on ordering from here again would rather drive to italianette for a better quality BLT pizza.

Nice service. Everything we tried was pretty good. The dill Pickle pizza is delicious. The signature burger is amazing! The turkey sub was big and perfectly heated. The cheese curds were grea, not the frozen ones you usually see.

Food was awful under cooked cold you could spare more fries just a few fries for 2.99 way under cooked cold and nasty young kids working and don’t care what they give you I will never go back the hogie was cold and nasty no pizza sauce I hope the owner can get them kids out of there maybe y’all could have a chance with your food way over priced for trash food

I absolutely love this place UNTIL tonight… 75 minutes for a med pizza and fried pickles is understandable for a Friday night, but what isn’t is BURNT FOOD and broken boxes. Will be awhile if at all we order from here again

Ordered food no one other customers were there only ordered 2 hoogies and a potato skin waited more than 30 mins for our food . A quick lunch turned into a whole ordeal that took forever waiting in the sun.

Edited to add-after calling and speaking to manager hunter, he did make it right, so I did go up in stars, but please beware in general.
Here’s a picture of my $4.50 turtle sundae. I got the same thing 3 days ago and it was filled. The girl working (rather rudely) said “that’s how far we fill it”. Even with the whipped cream and cherry, it didn’t reach the top of the cup. Also didn’t have the right nuts on it. She must not have known what makes a turtle a turtle….
She also tried to give me less than a half of a cup of ice cream with some Reese’s mixed in and call it their cyclone flurry. It was less than half full, and cost $5. Again was rather rudely told “that’s it on the size!”
Obviously no customer service skills…
We love(d) this place and went often as we live a block away, but after tonight we won’t be back.

Ordered food and they made 1 of the pizzas wrong size so hubby had to wait while they remade 1 pizza… and just let our appetizer sampler and other xl pizza get cold. Got the food home over an hour later and the sampler is so burnt that it is hard to bite into any of it and cold to boot. First time trying them and I will take my $65 somewhere else next time! I feel if you have to remake 1 pizza you should make sure the order is fresh, especially since you already inconvenience the customer by making them wait another 20-30 minutes.
