I got a small hot chocolate, it felt light when I was carrying it into work. Haven’t even had a drink of it yet, I opened it and it’s barely half full. Like seriously what a rip off.

I will echo what others have said. My coffee tasted quite bad, and disimilar to the coffee I’ve had at other Starbucks locations. It’s almost like they put too much syrup in it plus the coffee tasted burnt? Hard to describe. My family members liked their non-coffee drinks though. So perhaps it’s safe to go here if you don’t want coffee.

Been in Logan for 2.5 years, this Starbucks is my go to. Atmosphere is 10/10, always greeted with a hello. If you’re having a bad day, need to study, or even just chat with your friend this is an excellent place to be. The workers are top notch, drinks are made timely and delivered with a smile.

I had the unfortunate experience of being served by a disrespectful employee, she acted as if it ailed her to do her job. Maybe if she’s that annoyed, she should go home and shouldn’t be on the clock. She missed something’s on my order and was upset when i reminded her. Facial expressions don’t lie. My egg bacon sandwich was a sad egg and bread with no bacon, i’m sure that was out of anyone’s hand technically but should be known.
Just do better. She was wearing a name tag with no name on it

I have always loved this location and their semi-fast service , I’m not sure what happened today but I was literally waiting in line for 30 minutes , drove off with my drink and realized they gave me the completely wrong drink. I asked for an ice white chocolate mocha and they gave me this nasty chai drink. Super disappointed.

We utilized the drive thru to order hot chocolate. We asked for two large hot chocolates and two small cups to share with our girls.
When we got to the window they said they had someone order a large hot chocolate but never pick it up and asked if we wanted it for our girls.
We were grateful and very impressed with the level of customer service we received.

The staff is so nice! They smile at you when you walk in and they are helpful when ordering. I got a cafe mocha and oh my! It was tasty! Love coming here. ♥️
