I’d say I should’ve known something was wrong when she didn’t tip the cup, but no that blizzard was a visible puddle when I got it. That picture was taken not when I arrived home, but when instead of going home I had to pull into a parking space at the location to make sure it didn’t spill because apparently “frozen” was meant to be in quotations on their menu. It’s now sitting in the freezer with the other one, because both were runny by the time I got home with the blue one already mostly melted cream at the top.

Experienced rude service and poor quality food. I ordered two mint oreo blizzards. One was normal and the other was melted and was not mixed. it looked like soup. I asked to have a staff member remake the blizzard and they said it’s supposed to look like that and then ignored me until I left. It was upsetting and embarrassing and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Yall lock the doors and just wave and laugh at people trying to get the orders they paid for. Good employees you have at this location. Not even 8 o’clock and doors are all locked. These are reasons why i dont stop at this place anymore

Although the place was very busy, customer service is not their top priority. My son asked for chilli cheese fries and was told they do not make them there? So he asked if they make chilli dogs, and the girl replied, “yes”. This came with an eye roll of course. Another co-worker came over to help figure out how to input the information into the cash register. So that might be why the girl needed help as I thought, maybe she’s new. So I felt bad for her. The co-worker seemed a little upset about the request as well. When all was said and done I looked at the receipt to see we were charged for a chilli cheese fry, that previously didn’t exist at one point? My daughter had no top on her blizzard which was very good BTW, but it dripped all over, and we asked for it to go? They were both pretty upset. Now we know not to go to that location for dairy Queen anymore. Long Prairie always does a great job at accommodating the customers requests. I suggest going a little out of the way to stop there instead. There is no bouncy house, but kindness at the end of the day is better than any extra outdoor play houses. Not trying to be a Karen here, it’s just they were almost overstaffed so there is truly no excuse. I understand understaffing is the issue most of the time, and I am truly a fair if not over fair reviewer as I feel we need to keep our businesses alive here, but please try to do better? I feel blessed to have my job, and do it everyday with a smile! Even though it’s tough sometimes, please try to put aside frustration when there is a rush, and always remember to keep customer service first! This keeps your paychecks coming in kiddos, and keeps a good business in business. To the manager I know you try your hardest

I called on 7/3 to have an ice cream cake put on hold for my mother in law to pick up for my son’s birthday in Alexandria. I wish I could remember who I spoke with, she was so helpful. I expected to just get a blank cake and write on it myself, but she asked for the details and even said they could make a themed cake to match my son’s Lego theme. The cake was absolutely adorable and exceeded my expectations! So pleased with the service and cake!

Stopped here as I was passing through. Seems like it could be a busy place. Drive up line moved quicker than I was expecting. Girl taking order was nice and easy to understand, friendly at the window too. Food came quickly after paying and was correct. Everything was hot and was as it should be.
