Nice lobby with clean tables but I agree with Alan Thompson. The serving size is pretty small for two proteins…I almost asked the server for more chicken please. The containers are pretty sturdy to avoid leakage but it skims down the portions.

While visiting my mother in Virginia, we’ve decided to eat Panda Express this evening. At this location we asked if they were able to make walnut shrimp without the nuts. The first young lady was very kind in saying “we add it after I’m sure we can make it without” a tall Asian man and a short Asian woman intervened with attitudes. They said “it’s not in our policy to make it without, i don’t know who allowed you to do that in the past”, and after 10 minutes of debate and an extended line, “i will do it for you this time but no guarantee next time.” During the debate we watched A man in the back make a fresh batch, and we tried to let the lady know that the shrimp is done and to let him know to hold the walnuts, but she continued on her rant. And decided she will make a batch with out the nuts after she was aware he had already added the walnuts to the freshly made batch. The service here was horrible. We ended up going to a different location @ 3792 Princess Anne Rd

I’ve visited this location a few times, always great fast service, food always fresh and hot, I’m here on a Sunday Morning around 11am. Very nice and chill atmosphere, nice And clean. Plenty of Seating. Nicecand clean. The servers are very pleasant. The food is pretty good. Variety of chicken options for lunch and dinner was on the menu. I ordered the Bigger Plate with fried rice, honey sesame chicken double with bejing beef and teriyaki sause. I was by myself and my meal was $12. I definitely will be coming back to try out something different next time. I also wanted the veggies rolls but the wait time was 5 minutes I decide not to wait.

The restuarant itself was clean and the food was fine. But the problem is the new containers have shrunk and you get considerably less food now than before for the same price. It’s ridiculous how small the entree containers are now and the section they put the meat in.

BUG in food (Found) on broccoli. The bug was in my mom’s plate. I took the food up to the counter talked to the manager on shift. Told her about the problem and said I’d like a refund. She said we cannot refund the money either I get different food or I get the same item. Why would mom want to get the same food ??? Mom settled for noodles instead.

This place wasn’t busy when I arrived. And on that note the food wasnt stocked, out of pretty much everything. By the time I did finally leave and was over charged. The orange chicken was old the chow mein was old and taste like crap.. The employee’s were rude. The guy that was qorking the til seemed to not know what he was doung..Would not recommend..

So we decided to come here because we needed something quick before our movie and went to check them out. I will say that when we pulled up i noticed them talking to their health food auditor not a va health inspector but a private company inspector and the only reason i know this is because my restaurant uses the same company. We were greeted with hellos as we walked in. I was a little worried because when your set up cafeteria style sometimes the food doesnt stay very hot and tends to be luke warm. I picked a bowl with veggies on the bottom and a crispy beef and lord i cant remember the name of it lol. My husband picked the same beef but had it over fried rice we also order 2 spring rolls. As we were ordering the manager came in and told all her crew great job because they had scored 98 out of 100. Great numbers! They had gotton hit on a stained (not dirty) cutting board. That makes me even more comfortable with eating here. The food was good, hot, and filling. The spring rolls werent that great they were mushy inside. I would def come back the crew was very friendly, they all were staying busy and not playing around which you see in a lot of fast food chains and their manager was so polite to everyone. An the food was good.

Very nice employees, excellent customer service, and the inside was pretty clean (no trash scattered about and the tables weren’t sticky, yay!). Food was good and didn’t taste or feel like it had been sitting there for awhile.

This is the dirtiest , most unfriendly , And slow paced Panda express in Hampton Roads, Bugs are always flying around when I walk in to this location. The staff is rude and will mess your order up if you return the disrespect. Today they gave me string bean chicken with no chicken Lol Then the Beijing beef i couldn’t even eat you can clearly see it wasn’t made right by the pictures I attached. This isnt the first time they did foul things but this is the last time I will go get food from his location . They have a bunch of kids working in the kitchen like tropical smoothie and the managers always says im sorry and offers me more food when I call in complaints. But I have had enough this location just needs to be re vamped the crew is very childish anyone ordering at the speaker will know if you have been there
