Employee’s kid sleeping on multiple seats! Tables and floors were dirty and weren’t cleaned while I was there. Long wait for a simple burger and the fries were cold and skimpy serving.

The restaurant kinda appeared to be closed. Parking lot was completely empty. Drive-thru including the menu was super dark. The lights inside the building were the only indication that it was open.
So i wanted ghost pepper fries, but they were out of the sauce. So i decided on queso fries which i must say were DELICIOUS. (I ate them all before i remembered to take a photo. Luckily there were 2 little ones in the corner lol). Thats where the good ended, though. The sweet tea tasted like fabuloso floor cleaner. *dont ask me how I know that flavor**.. I also ordered a daves single deluxe. The lettuce was wilted and tomato was mushy, so i took them off. No big deal. But then i tasted the burgee. It was awful. Threw the entire thing into the garbage. Im not mad. I should have trusted the reviews. But i do have one question…..
How in the world can a hamburger taste so bland when there is enough ketchup and mayo on it to dip 958 french fries with some left over. In reality it was close to a 1/8 of a cup. But whatever, even with all the sauce to cover it, the burgers distinct “cardboardy” flavor seeped through. Not good.
On a side note, service was quick, maybe a little bit more unprofessional than it should have been. But it was 8pm, the drive thru worker was definitely still a teenager, and i understand lol. They were friendly enough and fast enough.

Lady was kinda rude at the speaker but once we got to the window she was so nice all of a sudden but complained about people using coupons that get sent through mail (which we were using). Took 30+ minutes to get 2 small spicy chicken sandwich meals (they were not busy at all and it was 9:04pm when we ordered). After realizing we’d already waited 30 mins and still hadn’t got our food my husband decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. Turns out they had a new girl handing out orders wrong. They gave us two ice creams, told us they’d upgrade our fries to larges and cooked the food fresh at no extra charge We finally got our food at 9:48pm.
I give them a 3 overall bc I do love Wendy’s food and I can understand messing up when you’re new and they handled it very well when he went to check

I just went to this Wendy’s. Drove 15 minutes just to get to it send 22 dollars. Had to wait because I ordered the food fresh. No big deal there. I only had to drinks and for some reason they put the two drinks in a cup holder. While I was passing the drinks to my son my drink which was the most expensive fell. A large fresh strawberry lemonade. The employee stood at the door and watched. He then walked away. My son went in to ask would the make me another one. They refused. I have worked in customer service all my life. I just spent money with you. I did not ask for a cup holder. I started to return the whole order but my son asked specifically to go there. I will never spend money there again. If I wasn’t sick I would have went in myself. Even if it was an accident you could have been nice enough to assist knowing it would have pleased the customer. But who am I kidding. None of the employees spoke or even were nice when taking the order or brining it out. I wish they never closed the one in Attalla. Oh they could have just added to the cup I had because all of it didn’t spill out.

I went to get breakfast. They were out of eggs so they left it off my croissant. The croissant was still good but would have definitely been best with the egg.
The server was extremely nice and gave me a large order of potato wedges instead of small to make up for the no egg.
Wendy’s used to be one of my favorites but things have changed over the years. They just don’t seem to be as fresh as they used to be.

My sandwich is soggy and made wrong, I asked for Dr.pepper they told me they already made coke. When I asked for Dr.pepper. The customer service I just got was wrong and messed up. I asked for ketchup only on my sandwich and it was made wrong.

Waited 30 mins for my food and i didn’t even order anything cook to order and my food was cold and nasty as hell!!!!!! The fries were recooked it was disgusting… do not spend your money here it’s not worth it.
