This is a cute little breakfast spot with a wide variety of options. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, while my friend got a pancake. The waitress was very friendly and filled our coffee several times as we chatted.

Been driving by this place for decades and last Sunday my wife and I decided to bring our kids here and have some brunch. From now on, this is my favorite brunch place so far. Sunday it was packed with people. The smell of coffee and breakfast was just so cozy. Especially with a rainy day, it was the coziest experience.
We had to wait about 5 minutes but we were seated pretty fast and the table was very clean. The server was amazing. Took our order, made sure everything was done right and she did it with a smile on her face. Always making sure we had everything. Food took some time but once we got it, it did not disappoint and was worth the wait. I tried my wife’s coffee and it was one of the smoothest sip of coffee I ever had. Their chocolate milk was delicious. I had the Ruben Omelette and my wife had the Eggs Benedict. Both were so good. Their potatoes or house fries are the best! Hands down! The portions are big and very filling. Our toddlers enjoyed it. Overall the best experience and can’t wait to come back. Maybe gonna have to come here on Sundays with the kiddos as a family tradition. Thank you D&J’s Hash House for a great experience for our first try.

Visited mid morning on a Monday. I love hash and with a name like that there was no way I was not going to just stop and try it. I’ll be honest I had stopped for breakfast about 2 hours prior to this and was completely disappointed so justifying a 2nd breakfast on the start of a mini vacation was easy.
Sat at the counter, it was not very busy at first but by the time I left the place was 3/4 full. I had the sausage hash omelet . It took a few minutes for it to come out but it was very hot, prepared well and delicious. Quality takes time. I opted for the hash brown patty and toast and was happy with both. Place will be on my short list for when I am in this area again. Staff was mostly focused on the regulars but friendly overall and good at what they do. Price was exceptionally good for the quality and portion size. I paid exactly the same as I did at the first place and was 300% happier

This place is awesome. Food was incredible. People working there, incredible. Plenty of parking and plenty of seats on the inside. Everything was great. The only one issue was the flies. I know it’s hard to keep them out in an area like that but it was kind of annoying. Other than that make sure you stop in if you’re in the area. Best breakfast omelette I’ve had in a long time.

Great place. Nice, clean atmosphere. Large portions and a friendly staff. There was 5 of us and 1 minor comment, undercooked scrambled eggs. I had the classic eggs benedict, was amazing! Ham was very lean

The strangest thing about this place is it’s always crowded. Every single time I have gone here over the years they have gotten my order wrong. Food is extremely flavorless, disappointing, and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go to the Gristmill Cafe right up the road to get some real food.

10.23.22 Driving by and saw it was a busy place so had to try it. Breakfast wait was around 25 minutes and they give you a beeper so you can wait in car or outdoors, not to block doorways. There are around 10 spots to sit around a “bar area’ set up, or booths, or tables. I ordered their Hash Bowl which had eggs, potatoes, cheese, bacon, all covered in melted cheese. Yum. Good vibe. Seems like a local fave. We enjoyed it.

No complaints here, great first time experience.
We had an attentive server. With the coolest glasses ever!! The Omelette was huge and the bacon Benedict’s were to die for. Excellent potatoes to round out our breakfast. This place can get busy so come early.

I had the chicken fried steak. The gravy, eggs, and toast were beautifully done. The hash brown patty and the chicken fried steak spent a moment too long in the deep fryer and they were still quite tasty.
The staff were great and the atmosphere was, on a not super busy day was quiet, relaxed, and open.
I will be back.

Been here two or three times and have been satisfied each time. They really do not disappoint and I’m sure the folks who live nearby are happy to have a solid diner style joint available. I had the hash omelette, I asked for cheddar, I didn’t taste much cheese maybe it was there maybe not whatever I didn’t care it was a decent omelette, big enough and the hash was good. The home fries were really good , nice and crispy it seemed they had their method and have it nailed down good. The server kept my coffee full the whole time which is a huge deal for me at breakfast so yeah all in all we had a good experience, thanks .
