I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of bad service and bad practices from businesses. I visited Jason’s deli today in Midland Texas. The cashier was pleasant and acknowledgeable with the restaurants menu. The other employees were not attentive at all. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup and had to wait 20 minutes for my items! The irony of this situation is that there was only one person in line ahead of me and she ordered a sandwich as well. The lady that I just mentioned received her order within 3-4 minutes. The meat and soup was already prepared so, therefore, why did I have to wait 20 minutes for my order?! As I was waiting on my order, I saw how it was made so , I knew that sandwich was mine, yet, I was still waiting. After 15 minutes I went up to the counter to address the issue of a long wait time. The other employees (not the cashier) ignored me and one of them pointed towards the cashier. I had to wait on the cashier to get her line down to zero before I could inquire on my order. There was an elderly lady in the back who job was to package the to go orders. She packaged my order, yelled out my name, walked over to the pick up section and slammed my order down on the counter. I hope that this person was not the manager of this store. If she is, then I see why the employees were not willing to help me!

Idk what’s up with the soups the chicken noodle had an off smell and the broccoli and cheese tasted burnt. We had been here probably two months ago and it tasted burnt also. Broccoli and cheese has always been my favorite. I basically lived off of it when I had braces, sad that this seems to be the new norm.

This is my strawberry topped cheesecakeI just picked up from there for $4.99+tax. Really guys? Couldn’t spare a couple more strawberries for my “strawberry” topped cheesecake.
Oh and the chocolate mousse parlay was just, well, no whipped cream, no nothing just a blob of chocolate slapped in a box. Do better people!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I ordered it. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly, even during a busy time. I also really appreciate the variety of healthier options—they make it easy to find something for everyone. Clean, welcoming atmosphere and consistently good service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They have seating outside in their covered patio, but we were told we had to clean it ourselves. So I used a bunch of their napkins and water from their soda fountain.
Also, we ordered pasta with no sauce (as seen on the receipt) but they included it anyway.

The salad bar service at Jason’s Deli was fantastic. However, I was disappointed to see one of the food preparers eating directly from the line and then continuing to use the same purple glove. Aside from that, it was a very good choice for dinner.

The cashier was sweet and patient with us. We doesn’t know yet what we wanted. Once we ordered the food came out a lot quicker than i thought it was going too! It tasted so fresh and clean (not heavy or processed.) I have salt problems so the less salt the better. Will be going again!!!

Soup was disgusting it was old leftover soup never again this place has really gone down food is horrible like they dont care anymore manager could care less said to call doordash for a refund you served the nasty soup not doordash! Grose Jason’s grose!! Never again better competition out there stick to chic fil a!!!
