Well my experience here was pretty good compared to Cinnamon on the other side of the mall. Employees attentive, Smiled, & overall welcoming. This place was more efficient than the other places in the mall.

Ordered the mini pretzel dogs and most of them were burnt black. Also, the person at the cash register taking orders seemed quite annoyed when he was helping us. After giving us the food he yelled out loud for the next person’s order. The next person in line was right next to us so no idea why the yelling was necessary.

This place will forever be my heart. I love their pretzels and no matter what Anne’s I go to, they are all still mouth watering. 10/10 DONT go anywhere else for pretzels except the good old aunt unless you want to be disappointed. I always go out of my way to eat here on cheat day. I suggest you do the same.

Tell me why they have a good 7 employees back there and all of them ignored me to the point where I walked away. I made eye contact with 3 of them, glad i didnt buy anything and fund this awful service. They were all chatting amoungst themselves and completely ignored me, if the manager sees this it was 3/2 at the location next to Macy’s. All these employees should be held responsible as this was so unprofessional and rude. Not sure even why theres so many employees back there if all theyre gonna do is chat and ignore customers. Very rude 0/10.

They no longer carry jalapeno pretzels, but other locations do. Also you can get a box to make your own at home as well. Tasty pretzels I got every time I came to the mall.

One pretzel for $4.99 after tax. Not such a great deal. I know it’s the mall, but perhaps close the other two locations in the mall and save some rent money and in turn charge a lower price. The overhead has to be crazy.

Horrible. Was just at location in Smithhaven Mall long island. Was at the one by the Macys side. 3 people working. Only 1 was helping customers. 1 was making pretzels. And the 3rd was doing nothing. I was 5th on line so I walked away after seeing only 1 person helping. This was at 347pm. Check your cameras for the great service .
