On break came over to get my lunch and at 7:23 pm you can only go thru drive-thru, they have the nerve to not want to cook you order fresh when I had to wait in line at least 5 minutes. I get back to work my nuggets are half cooked and they gave me the wrong sauce. I now understand why the doors to the lobby are locked so early. Everyone needs a job , be happy about what you do especially to people’s food !!!

AWFUL SERVICE. We got our fish sandwiches and they were HARD AS HELL!! The girl at the window laughed telling me it just came up out of the grease and told me that’s “on me” because I wanted a refund. They are rude! Not worthy of your time OR MONEY.

Ordered through uber for a pickup. Arrived to get my order and they forgot my drinks until reminded, didn’t have my sauce in the bags, and the place was a disaster. Behind the counter were fries and straws and bags littering the floors. On the floor of the main lobby were an assortment of foods. Old fries and sauce spilled in areas. 0/10 will not be ordering from this location again

Purchased Apple Pecan Salad today. This is my go to salad every time. This is the first time I have ever received a salad that had browning lettuce and mushy apples. This location leaves a lot to be desired. It is unkempt and not the most pleasant place to eat. It is unfortunate that this is the closest location to me. I guess I’ll have to drive a few additional miles to receive a better experience!

If you want to spend your money and get the worst possible service, the worst food you can find, and a bathroom that looks like an exploded septic tank, your journey has ended. The Wendy’s on ambassador has all of it and more. I spent $30 to get an exploded diapers worth of food, all while I was talked to like I just punched the cashier’s grandmother. I know it’s just Wendy’s, and it’s fast food, but damn.

The food was so cold it tasted like straight grease! The last fry I had left a taste in my mouth that dawn soap couldn’t wash out!!

Employee working the drive through after 5 on Nov.17 was rude and had an attitude. Ended up not even ordering here and left because of her demeanor. If you don’t want to work say so, or get rid of horrible employees. The reviews for this location is horrible. Says a lot about management!

RUDE cashier seemed like I was bothering her. She didn’t give or offer my receipt, had to grab it myself from the printer after she walked away. Baconator only had 3 small pieces of bacon that could only be seen by lifting the top bun. Soda machine had something red sprayed inside the drink dispenser area. Table top was sticky. Was over $1 more than another Wendy’s location on the same street two days prior. Looks like $10 an hour isn’t working out! HORRIBLE! ! !

Restrooms was unavailable and there was no hand sanitizing station available. The cashier with the glasses and short hair is still rude! She smacked her teeth at me because I wanted to pay with cash and card. I asked her her ketchup and she mumbled something back and never put it in the bag. Tried to give this place another chance but there was a hair in my food and the staff was mad at me when I told them.
