I’ve never sat in a drive thru so long in my entire life. Total of 43 minutes. And I was the next car in line to order when I pullled up. When I got to the window. No apology for waiting nothing. Just was told my total. Was handed my food and then window shut. No have a good night, nothing. My first and last time at this location. Who ever was running the shift on march 24th 2026 at 7pm. Needs to be retrained or let go. The girl at the window, needs both as well. And KFC wonders why it has the reputation it has. And if you don’t believe me. Pull the cameras. I pulled up at 6:49 and left at 7:34. I was in a white car. The only white car. They weren’t even busy. Dining room was closed.

I had come in mid day, and it was empty when I got here. I had a fast service, which was pleasant. The food was delicious, of course. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I didn’t see the bathrooms. There is a key code if you want to use the bathrooms. The outside was as clean as possible it was snowing. The staff was helpful and gave me my food with a positive attitude .

This staff must be ready to go home even tho they don’t closed until 10pm . I came at 7:30pm . Doors lock and they said they are not dropping no chicken even tho they ran out of certain pieces . So whatever they got available is it . Don’t ask them to cook nothing because you’re not getting it . They must be ready to go home or close early .

Terrible customer service . Almost everybody working in there look like they was high. Was out of barbecue chicken and i told them i was charged extra for the barbecue chicken cause they wanted to replace it for the regular . When i agreed the guy daid he would give me barbecue sauce on the side but in the end they was even out of barbecue sauce!

DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE
I was in Louisville KY, for few hours and I was excited to visit one of the branches in this city. But my bus time was too close , so I took Lyft ride just to be in time , when I reached here I. Figured out that this place they are just doing drive thru !! . KFC ,Please be professional and explain to your customers how this place is working.
The funniest thing for that I went back with the same lyft driver. if someone like me don’t have a car DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY to come here .
