If I could give them a zero star’s I would, but that’s not an option. Tonight we placed an order via Door Dash for a monster pizza, boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, triamisu, side of hot peppers and ranch. When we received the order the pizza was good, but the boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were burnt and not edible. When I called the Rosati’s Round Lake to complain I was told I had to contact Door Dash because I ordered from them, so I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Jose who basically said the same thing, call Door Dash because you placed the order with them. I said Door Dash was the delivery service, but you are the ones that made the food and sent out bad quality via the Door Dash driver. He repeated I know, but you ordered and paid via Door Dash so any food issues should be dealt with them. It is unbelievable that a customer has to go through such hoops to get a credit back for poor quality food. I paid $22.79 for the wings and $10.79 for the mozzarella sticks. That’s a total of $33.58 of bad quality food. My total is was $88.97, plus tip and delivery for Door Dash. I asked Jose to speak to his manager to see what he would say and he said his manger would say the same thing, deal with Door Dash. The mangers name is Juan and his manager is Louis. So needless to say I felt the need to send this feedback to Rosati’s Franchise Office for feedback. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to Rosati’s and will be place a bad review on google to warn other customers. Customers should not have to jump through such hoops for food that was made poorly. In this day an age where food prices have gone up so much it is a treat to order out, but to order and get burnt food and to have to establishment basically say so sorry nothing we can do. Door Dash did not make the food, the person so made it and the person who packaged it should be retrained and spoken to about the quality that is going out the door. I do not recommend this pizza establishment.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Ide rather eat my grandmas toe nails then this place. Pizza was so cold I could break my tooth. 2 I mean 2 hours late for 8 pizzas. My kids told me 30 times they wanted pizza ranch but we didn’t have funds for it. Next time I’m paying full at pizza ranch truely the best pizza in town!! I love their fun zone but here you have seating for a family and single child I can bring 100 people and be happy. Disappointed in Rosatis very disappointed

Staff was very patient and courteous when order was placed and during pickup. The manager did call back for the delivery issue. We did end up picking up the order. The order was ready to go, hot and packaged. Everyone loved the food. It was delish with lots of side. Thank you so much. Happy Holidays….

Absolutely love this place☺️ has the best pizza in Round Lake Beach. They sell individual slices which are really big and delicious I also love the brownies that they make. Absolutely would recommend buying from here especially if you need something on the go 🙂

We just ordered from Rosatis in Round Lake and we were so disappointed. The flavor of our pizza and sticks were so bland, crust was very carboard like. We ended up throwing it away and popping frozen pizzas in the oven. The delivery driver was great, and I felt bad for him because he had several orders in his car at once and was definitely rushing to get them delivered on time.

I ordered the catering package #1 online. Given that I placed the order two days in advance, I was a little uncertain that we ordered with enough time for them to process the order for Christmas Eve. So I called the next day, and they said we were all set. The food was ready and hot right on time. My family of 8 adults enjoyed it and had plenty of leftovers to last a few days.

Their delivery drivers consistently cannot find my house which leads to late, cold pizzas. When they’re hot.They’re really good but I haven’t gotten a hot pizza in the last 3 orders. Today it was 15 minutes late. One additional call to clarify directions, and then I received a cold pizza, luke warm mozzarella sticks, and soggy onion rings.

I ordered 1 12” pizza with jalapeños, 1 12” pizza with sausage, and a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Everything was correct about my order except one of my pizzas came with sausage and jalapeños. I called Rosati’s to let them know. I spoke with Juan, the general manager, who checked with his staff and told me they made the pizzas correctly. He gave me the option of bringing it back the same night, or not getting a credit, at all. I was very disappointed in his actions. I’m going to be contacting the owner tonight.

Another delicious pizza from Rosati’s on Rollins Rd in the NW suburbs in IL. Friendly girl at the front counter greeted everyone with a smile even though they were incredibly busy. Their business is mainly take out but they have a copy of high top tables where you can sit and enjoy slice of ready made pizza and a soda for $6.99 – each slice was huge, hot and smelled great. We only go to this Rosati’s despite having one closer to our home. This location’s food is just better. We may have to stop by and get a slice for lunch sometime.
