Very bad experience my order arrived COLD and almost 40 minutes after the ETA on the online tracker called store to complain member was very rude and did not hold a professional mannerism with me she had a very cocky attitude and only was willing to give less than half credit of my total and agreed to give me hot pizzas if i gave back the cold pizzas at which time I agreed to give back the cold pizza driver got here with another team member to make sure pizzas were 95% intact which they were before i can get my hot pizza. I was told I spoke to the “MANAGER” over the phone. A well trained manager would not have handled this situation this way she was very rude and totally unprofessional. This order was for a celebration and half of my guests did not get to enjoy the food. Very dissatisfied customer never ordering from this location again…

I should have known when the parking lot was empty 🙁 this place is a NEVER AGAIN! I ordered 2 lrg one needed help because it looked like a medium, not to mention it was very dry, thin ( mind you I did not order thin crust) and hard.

I am not sure what’s going on with Pizza Hut these days. Every time I’ve gone especially at lunch, there is only one person working the place. They usually take your order at the counter and then go and cook your food. The place is usually empty except for the few people that come in to sit down for lunch. They only have bottled drinks which is kind of odd for a sit-down restaurant. The pizzas are still pretty good though.

Make sure to check your pizza I got three uncooked pizzas they want me to take all three back which is crazy cuz my kids are hungry now they’re are not tryna wait another 30 minutes it be nice if next time they just made it correct. Also add sauce.! Y’all suck fr!

Really didn’t like the pizza I received today and was very surprised because the men in there usually makes the pizzas really good as I’m a repeat customer at this location. The pizza today was burnt which made it taste a lil old and very very thin on the base part , might as well have order a thin pizza instead of a hand tossed which I ordered. Feel like I wasted my money.

My friend and I only needed to quench our thirst but I was sort of hungry. I ordered the personal Pizza that comes accompanied with chicken wings, because the time before I had had it with fries. The pizza was just as I like it. The pizza was perfectly prepared/cooked. The crust was as I like it -a little bit toasted, delicious; the ingredients were fresh (mushrooms and black olives) Just the tasty amount of tomato sauce and the cheese was good too. (I don’t eat wings, I took them home). I have to tell about the service the young lady provided, it was excellent, above and beyond. I regret that I am so bad at names and I am not able to mention hers here. I intend to return soon because I couldn’t leave her a tip she deserves. She got busy, people started arriving and needing attention and I couldn’t interrupt her before leaving. Anyway I want to have another personal Pizza LOL now with fries, I had really enjoyed them on my previous visit.

awful customer service, awful communication when issues arise with order production, and awful decision making after aforementioned order issues. for some godsforsaken reason, when the store ran out of tomatoes…instead of calling and letting me know, they substituted BANANA PEPPERS. this is the third time they’ve messed up an order i placed, out of four times ive ordered here, and the associate that answered when i called to ask wth went wrong offered 35$ store credit at first, then suddenly said it was 25$, and finally lowered it to TWENTY DOLLARS store credit. bro that is forty dollars of pizza YOU messed up, be fr rn.

Wow. The worst food upgrade ever! Can I get some sauce and toppings with my crust? Also, upgraded to cheesesticks and received overcooked bread with little cheese. Never choosing this location again.
