The staff at this five guys is top notch. Food was hot and fresh and ready to go as ordered. When i realized we had forgotten to order a milkshake Matt and his crew had one made quick. Can’t say enough good things about the staff.

Great place for a quick burger. They start you out with complementary peanuts which is a fun touch. I enjoyed the lettuce wrap Cheeseburger, it’s messy but you can pretend you’re eating healthy. Wait time is slightly linger than at other short order shops but you know your burger is made fresh, not lingering on a warming table.

Service deserves the stars. The food not good. Claim their fries are fresh and good. Not even close. Soggy and cold. The burger was charred badly. I have friends that rave about this place. Been there a feed times with the same results. Won’t be back. Try somewhere else for a much better burger.

The employees were super friendly and helpful and the French fries were really good. The burger was decent but not worth the price. A simple cheeseburger, regular fries and regular drink cost $20.57.
The atmosphere is what killed it for me; there were super bright lights and the music crackled through a blown speaker that blew any comfort out the window. We could barely hold a conversation with the racket.
Even if they fix that, I wouldn’t love the place.
Maybe it’s meant for drive-thru or takeout mainly; there was no wait and the food was ready quickly. It’s fast food, not a place to have a nice lunch and catch up with an old friend.

Their French fries are my favorite of anyone in the area, the “Little” Cheeseburger (and also “Little Fries) is maybe misleading because it’s not similar to Jr Cheeseburgers at all! It’s my personal order because I don’t feel overstuffed and yucky after eating here.
The only thing is we feel like the burgers need to be eaten ASAP after they’re made or they get a little soggy. A manageable issue

I have gone to this location plenty of times but my interaction with Kurtis is what stood out to me the most! Right when I opened the door to go in, he was very welcoming right off the bat. His energy is super positive, very vibrant through out the building. He makes sure that you have a good experience, lots of eye contact when taking your order, very friendly to everybody. I hope five guys sees Kurtis’s great work ethnic and the great leader he is. Thank you Kurtis!

Tyler the G.M i had an issue with an order a week ago. This G.M was excellent at ensuring things were taken care of. Greeted me and I explained he got straight to the point and was very professional. He is behind the register at one point but all around assisting his team in getting orders done in a timely manner.

Stopped by for lunch and being my first time here after hearing how great they it was just okay. I had a single bacon cheese burger, small fries and a small drink and the total cam to $15.64! I feel that the meal was not worth what I paid for. The burger was smaller that other burger chains, not including fast food joints, the fries were under cooked and I’m not sure if I will be eating hear again.

Not my best experience tonight. Been waiting for a single fry for 10 minutes, while everyone was standing around while one person was cleaning. Go up to talk with them and the person running the fryer just stares while the cashier does everything and takes the blame.
