These pizzas are absolutely fire! First time I came, it was SUPER BUSY and every seat was filled so I instantly knew the food had to be good. It took a long time though because they forgot to make my pizza so I had to wait an additional 25 minutes but I didnt mind. I got the chicken and broccoli Alfredo pizza and it was soooo good! The chicken chunks were huge and well seasoned and the broccoli had the perfect amount of crunch. This is now the second time I come and I got the Hawaiian Pizza and added pepperoni and omg it was delicious! Loved the big pineapple chunks that added the perfect sweetness to the pizza! The lady running the counter is super sweet and everyone there is friendly and attentive. Next time I come i definitely want to try their pasta!

I grew up eating Greek style pizza at Terryville Pizza and Bristol Pizza. Since moving to the West Hartford area there are a lot more options in pizza style. You have Pepe’s for a mediocre New Haven Style (Pepe’s in New Haven is still great), Angelina’s for a Jersey Shore boardwalk slice, and Naples in Farmington for a New York type pie.
Dino’s is by far the best Greek style spot around. Unlike other Greek spots, Dino’s bottom crust doesn’t get compressed and thin like the others do. It stays semi thick and substantial. The toppings are good too, they don’t skimp on the quality of them. You can taste that they haven’t cheaped out on their mozz like other places.
As much as I have a pizza addiction, I equally love a good meatball. And they by far have the best meatball in the area. The side of meatballs with the mozz and parm is amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to grab those and go home and make some pasta to have with them.
The hospitality is great. The owners are in there working every day, and no matter how busy they are or how hot it is in the kitchen, they take a moment to say hi and get to know you. Even better if you sit down instead of take out.
Last, the prices are still reasonable. Prices have gone up everywhere, but Dino’s has found a perfect balance of quality, quantity, and price compared to everyone else.
If you’re in the area, stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

The perfect ratio of crust to cheese to toppings. Best pizza I’ve tasted in a long time. Crust was crispy and the sauce and toppings were a perfect compliment. A definite must try for any pizza lover!

A friend brought me here for the first time. He knew the owner who came out and spoke with us for a little bit. We ordered a calzone which was amazing. My friend and I were talking about how good it was and that we’re going back soon

Chicken parm grinder was good, i had extra cheese and peppersand sauce, very tasty, and the slice of pizza was great. The pizza slice was huge, crispy, and really cheesy. Friendly staff and the prices were pretty decent. Done right on time during the lunch rush

It’s always such a feeding frenzy when I come here to Dino’s Pizza/ Grinder shop.
I’ve never been in here when it’s not hustling and bustling with the tables full and the pizza chefs constantly moving in the kitchen..
I love their grinders the most but this time I went and got a small pizza with sausage and onions. About 15 minutes later it came out piping hot and chock-full of ingredients.
My first slice was oozing with cheese and sauce and by the time I got to the last slice, I knew I had the best pizza in town.
Family-owned this purely bonafide pizza shop is the best in this part of Hartford.
Just north of Flatbush Avenue on new park Ave, you can’t miss it.
Pull on into Dino’s and have the pizza of your life.

Our regular go to now. Only thing my kid willing to eat. The only thing so far my wife can keep down while pregnant. Everything was fresh with the best tasting ingredients, no burnt.
