I’ve been to Boiling Point several times and it’s been consistently good. Each person gets an individual hot pot, which feels cleaner and more hygienic. The ingredients are fresh, and there’s a wide variety of soup bases to choose from.
I usually go for the Beef or House Special combo—the House Special is noticeably spicier and great if you like heat. During lunch hours, they sometimes include complimentary iced green tea or black tea, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, a solid choice for individual hot pot with reliable quality.

I ordered the milk cream curry the meat and soup was very good but the milk tea with bubble does not taste right. The staff was forgetful sometime forget light up the pots.

I went there for lunch today and got served this rotten tomatoes in the pot. It totally grossed me out. It’s like this place has no quality checks before prep, after prep, or before delivery… 1 star
This is the only piece of tomato in my pot and someone in the kitchen picks up to serve customers. The two rotten holes are blacked color and very obvious. I cannot believe they didn’t see it and throw away during the prep process.
They voided my check, but I still want to post here so people can be aware and be cautions . They need to improve their food quality.

The waiters are very enthusiastic. Great service!
The hotpot came with rice and a drink. Overall experience was awesome! The pickle and lamb soup was the only disappointment as the soup was so sweet. Maybe it was Taiwanese authentic.

Pretty good food. You will be full. Only problem is the wait. It’s always at 25-30 min. And the seating is really cramped and the tables themselves are small which makes it a bit hard to eat comfortably with someone else’s elbow and meal so close to you. I don’t know if they are trying to mimic what it’s like in Asia but a bit to dense for me.

Price has gone up significantly, pot has gotten significantly smaller. It’s shocking actually. Food is still good and we enjoyed our meal. I think the ingredients have changed also. Look at the difference in these two photos.

This is by far one of my favorite work week lunches – it’s such a great deal! A big personal hotpot loaded with meat and veggies, spicy garlicky bean sauce, rice or noodles, iced green tea or black tea, and lemonade with sago for a quick shot of dessert! The sauces help you amp up the flavor as much as you want and the variety of goodies in the hot pot keep you excited for every bite! My favorites are the fish cakes and balls (but who’s surprised)

One of my favorite restaurants in the Seattle area. They have fantastic sauces and a nice tea menu. They always have at least one vegetarian option. They usually also have 1-2 vegetarian appetizers. The soup is fresh and flavorful.

Order it online and the quality and quantity just goes down. Starting with the soup, it’s not even considered to be “filled” as the portion of food they give you, is half the bowl. As well as the container of meat, they purposely squeeze the container to make it seem like there’s more meat. But as well as their habits, it’s half the container as well. It’s a bummer how this establishment is beyond careless and inconsiderate with their customers.
