Not what I expected…

After ordering, I got to the office to eat what I thought would be a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Instead, I saw a BLT biscuit. My call to the store got me Marcus. He was very nice and offered to take care of me if I came back. I returned and was well taken care of.

It was very likely my mistake by ordering wrong. Nevertheless, the Buiscuitville folk went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service.

Experiencing that biscuit, bacon, cheese, egg, bacon, biscuit bite was a heavenly way to start my work day. Thank you Marcus and team!

I have ate at several local locations, but it is always consistent. I am a breakfast kind of guy and so I eat at a lot of different places that serve breakfast. I always find myself coming back here. These guys never disappoint. If you don’t have one I am sorry… for under $13 dollars I get a bacon platter with a hash brown and a side of gravy and a coffee. No coffee under $10! Biscuits are fresh, gravy has small chuncks of sausage. Yum! Really doesn’t get much better than this for fast food breakfast. I know why the lines are wrapped around the building ever morning!

Mrs. T was so kind to everyone I seen and heard her interacting with as helped to get everyone their orders, during what seemed to be peak rush hour for them. It’s rare to see such customer service so I had to acknowledge how much it’s appreciated. The entire staff at this location today, was very professional and gave the place an old school dinner feel instead of a fast food vibe.

I’ve been to the Kernersville about 5 times. 3 times I got what I ordered. Scrambled egg and cheese on biscuit (skinny) and it was delicious and satisfying. Once I got somebody else’s order altogether and last time I got a partial order. Food is very good. Line moves quickly. Can be a little tricky at this drive thru as it can be approached from 2 directions and there is congestion.
They need to do a better job on quality control of what is being bagged

The inside dining area was very cold, restrooms not very clean. Lady taking the orders was great. However, the only food item that was warm was the gravy in the bowl with a lid. The bacon was so dry it was crumbling when touched. Very disappointing visit.

Let me start by saying that I love Biscuitville. I’ve been to this particular one in Kernersville so many times. There have been times when I would give them 5 stars and times when I would give them one. Sunday morning it was raining and they were extremely busy as you can see in the photos. They were out in the rain taking orders in their little personal tents so bless them. Line moved very quickly and I was impressed until they parked me to wait for my order. Still received my order in a decent time frame. I was quite unhappy with the person that brought it to me though. She was probably in a rush granted but I felt like my bag was more or less tossed to me and she was gone even though I was trying to speak to her. My bag was overflowing and ripped down the front. I started pulling everything out to make sure I had everything and found that one of the honey chicken biscuits wasn’t even wrapped all the way. Both orders of fries were all over the place and the two hash browns were on the very bottom completely soggy. So much so that the paper wrapper was stuck to them and when you tried to get them out most of it stayed with the wet paper. I got out of my car and went and asked for another bag and that seemed to annoy them. You win some and you lose some.

Instagram is a great resources for finding yummy food. Today’s browse found a reel by @sunshinefoodiee for Biscuitville. That led me to the Biscuitville page, then their website, their menu and before I knew it, I had signed up for their email notifications (scored a free biscuit coupon) and put a list in my phone for what I wanted to try.

Hubs was on board so off we went to the Kernersville location. Brianna took our order and she was helpful and friendly. We ordered the Hashbrown Casserole, the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit, the Pork Chop Biscuit and the Cinnamon Roll. (It’s National cinnamon roll day)

Everything was delicious and freshly made. I actually forgot to use my free biscuit coupon. I guess that means I’ll need to go back really soon! What a shame. LOL

RUDE! so I thought I was gonna have a good day on Black Friday and do some Christmas shopping but what happens I came into Biscuitville to eat and the cashier was so disrespectful and rude. I was taken back. What is the world come to? Please get some people in there that actually smile and cashiers that act like they like their job. The food was outstanding, but the cashier was horrible. Get better service.

Ordered spam biscuit with hashbrown. Our family also ordered steak biscuit and gravy, spicy chicken and honey biscuit and fried chicken biscuit. Also ordered mixed berry hand pie, cinnamon roll and strawberry muffin. Our favorite was the steak biscuit dipped in gravy and the spamtastic biscuit. The fried chicken patties were a little thin. The cinnamon roll was really good. The muffin was tasteless and the hand pie was disappointing. It was disappointing because the pies were soggy. The fries were excellent, nice and hot! We also ordered 2 peach and 1 strawberry sodas. They were VERY good! The service was fantastic, very competent and friendly. All of our large order was in the bag with napkins and utensils. I would definitely visit this location again! Overall a nice visit!

Frustrated that I’ve been to this Biscuitville several times and every time we go through the drive through something is wrong. Incorrect change given, order missing something, biscuit is dry and bacon is burnt. Today, on the receipt it clearly says Turkey Sausage with no cheese. I can’t eat cheese. But get home the biscuit has cheese on it, so I have to eat 1/2 a biscuit that we paid full price for. It is the only one in this area and it is inconsistent. The only reason it is a two is because it is better when you go inside.
