Never expected American fast food to be the best, but actually I find this one way more pleasing compared to some European fast food restaurants! The place was very clean, friendly employees and the food was really good! It feels definitely like a safe option, you can see clearly how they’re preparing the food and despite the fact that it still is food meant to be done quickly to receive most sales, it tastes similarly to the ones people could get in some actual local restaurants. One of my favourite options for fast food in the US!

I’m a doordash driver. But today I decided to go into Panda Express to get a quick bowl of food before the lunch rush. I order the Bowl half rice half chowmein and chose to try the New Beyond Orange Chicken. The item was not out at the time (11:12am) so they ask me to wait, they even offered me a drink. So I wait patiently for 20 mins.. 20 MINUTES for a bowl, I have seen like 30 people get ringed up. So I politely ask them about my food, and I kept hearing them ask the COOK but he literally kept ignoring, and making other food, at this point it’s been over a half hour for one bowl, it was me and 5 other people in the restaurant, they were eating. I ask them can you please upgrade the dish to a bigger plate because no one should wait this long for a bowl. And then they tried giving me Beijing beef for some reason and at that point I almost just left. But they hooked it up and gave me a side of the vegan orange chicken. So thats cool, not worth the wait tho. Definitely won’t ever go back here. Lots of places are Rude to Vegans, I just didn’t think Panda would hate on Vegans.

This place is always a solid pick for American style Chinese food. No matter which location you go to, the food is always consistent. The orange chicken is an obvious favorite of majority of people. I think their chow mein is absolutely delicious. This store was super clean and the staff were so friendly.

Perhaps we just came at a bad time, however on our visit there were a lot of missing selections.
Surely they should have a rough idea that things get a touch busy around lunch time.

I had a horrible experience here. When I walked in there was hardly and rice or chow mien left and even the entrees were on their last scoop. It was obvious the food had been sitting for a while. I was willing to wait for fresh food and the manager lizet was very rude about it. She did not want to help or accommodate. It was astonishing they were trying to serve the food like that. She rolled her eyes when I asked to wait for the new batch. I expect better service from a manager especially when the food did not look fresh at all. Never coming here again. It’s better to drive a little further to a different panda
