Food was good, service was good but they forgot a fry, so we had to park and go in. There was a homeless person asleep right by the front door and many more wandering around. Not at all unusual for the area, but figured Id warn ppl. Lots of trash everywhere, as well.

I was shocked when I got to the office to our lunch. The tacos were so greasy and thrown in the bag opening down, the 3 burgers were all wrong, the egg rolls were missing but we had sweet n sour. All of us threw away the food and we went back out to McDonald’s. What a shame that this place is that bad. We won’t ever go there again like ever.

The food was as expected… very good. My only complaint is their prices. I get it. Their food is really good, and they have a huge variety.
That variety of food and the breakfast all day option makes for a lot of profit loss via food being lost faster than it can be sold.

I have a weird order, and some places are close, but this is the first one to get it right, and go above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. I’ve rarely had that attention to detail from a sit down restaurant, and never from a fast food place.
Really reset my expectations regarding what the experience could be like. 5 stars.

This location has completely ruined the jack in the box name. Horrible customer service after driving all the way home and realizing the entire order was wrong, the only thing correctly done in the entire order was the fries. After calling to figure out what could be done to right the wrong I was met with the immature responses of an adolescent and hung up on, twice , and after a 30 minute drive through wait time for 3 cars ahead of us (without big orders) the first time through, I didn’t have it in me to go back and wait yet again, and probably never again . I have never been so dissatisfied with fast food I was willing to even waste my time with a review.

the service was horrible. waited in the drive-thru line for like 20 minutes before leaving to realize they forgot things in our order. i went back just to stand for another 10 minutes inside before someone finally came to ask me what i needed. the worker was really nice, apologizing a lot and instantly giving me what i needed. i don’t think the wait time is their fault, considering there were only TWO PEOPLE working there at the time. it’s the owner’s fault. they need to hire more workers. also, the food wasn’t even that good. my mother’s food was so stale and gross and she couldn’t even it eat.

Hours are never correct, dealing with their drive thru is often frustrating. Food is increasingly greasy as well suggesting a large quality impact. Overall I’d spend an extra 20 min down the road than eat at this restaurant. Sad considering the lack of competition early in the morning
