Sushi Tokyo is hands down one of the best kosher sushi spots in NYC. The fish is incredibly fresh, the rolls are creative without being overdone, and everything is beautifully prepared. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is friendly and attentive, the place is clean and comfortable, and the service is quick even when they’re busy.
