I waited almost an hour at the Drive Truth, it gives me the order badly done things I did not ask for, different portion sizes and also soda in glasses that were dirty inside in a few words, terrible experience.

This is honestly the worst burger king location I’ve ever been to. I had one night that I came in the drive through and there were no cars in line. I waited 15 minutes with no response. Then another person pulled into the second lane and I heard them take their order before me! After yelling for several minutes, someone on speaker told me to wait. I waited another 15 minutes before I backed away and drove off without anyone taking my order. I’ve had other times when wait times have been 1/2 an hour plus with 1 or 2 cars in line. This is the slowest location I’ve ever seen.

Well I was there very recently don’t think they handed me my bank card back coz I can’t find it since that was the last place I used my card. And I ordered a ultimate steak sandwich but I got a thing with bacon on it. They are saying they don’t have my card. I call BS!!

The drive-thru at this location is perpetually closed, forcing customers inside to order. There is absolutely no excuse for the poor service here. It’s not a matter of a “rough neighborhood”—this entire shopping center is empty, and the store is not impacted by its surroundings. The problem is with the employees and management, who consistently provide horrible service. It’s clear that the wrong people are being hired and trained. This mess needs to be fixed.

I asked if they had Swiss cheese, she said yes. I asked if mayo came on the Bacon King burger, she said yes, mayo and ketchup. I asked if I could order the Bacon King burger meal with large fries and large Dr. Pepper, she said yes. She told my total was $14 and change, to pull up to the window. When I stopped at the window, three employees came to the window to see who ordered the meal. She took my card. I paid for my meal and then she returned with my bag of food. My fries were semi warm and the burger was not at all what I ordered even though I expressed my extreme gratitude for her help with my order. If I could give this restaurant a negative 5 stars I would. Never ever will I go back to that place again.

There was a very nice representative who helped us with our orders and was a perfect example of what customer service is. I did not catch her name. She was wearing glasses. We don’t ever do this but we decided to stay in and eat. It was clean and the food was fresh. Great job to the women at the register and staff. ❤️

I swear the staff here couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. I asked if they took Apple Pay, simple yes or no, and instead of answering, the cashier just held the card reader close to himself. Cool, thanks for the clarity.

I ordered a large meal, got handed a small drink and fries. When I corrected him, he hit me with, “No, you said small.” Right, because I clearly drove out here just to downgrade my own order.

I even asked if one of the meals had cheese since my friend is vegan. Rather than, I don’t know, actually answering, the guy just shoved the bag at me and walked away.

I wasn’t expecting fine dining, it’s Burger King. But being the only car in the drive-thru while 4–5 employees acted like I was asking them to solve world hunger? That’s a new level of bad service.

Lady who took order was very polite , lady that gave my order was very polite

Whoever made the food didn’t read the order – received tomato when I asked for none sauce was applied like 5 coats of paint

Onion ring were not even edible , pulled from fryer too early
