Messing up birthdays…
Ordered a chocolate cake with CHOCOLATE frosting. Pictured is the WHITE cake we received.
When I explained to the counter that we ordered a chocolate cake, she tried to convince me this is chocolate frosting…… I just said Ok and left.
Included pictures of what chocolate frosting looks like, and what we were expecting our cake to look like.. My son who loves chocolate was very disappointed.

I had such a wonderful experience at cold Stone last night that I had to take a moment and give a fantastic review to the young ladies who were working on Thursday, January 29!
Before any of you judge me, this may sound like I am there a lot lol but I promise I’m not there too much! But no really all jokes aside. The young ladies are just so friendly and so professional. One of the young women asked me about how my day went and asked me about church and about my job in about kids. I mean truly, It felt like cheers! If you know, you know. We laughed when I asked for my “regular “. Don’t actually have a regular lol but she was just wonderful. They truly both were a delight. All of the young ladies that work here are always so kind. To top it off, they pretended like they thought that I was in my 20s when I’m near 50! Lol what a sweet group of young ladies. Someone give them a raise!!.

Good ol’ coldstone! Location is a little hidden, tucked away in the corner next to Petsmart. The store itself is very clean. Staff are attentive and friendly. Only downside is seating is limited, the tables can get filled real quick.

This is a regular size , cost was about $7.50 with tax , pretty pathetic they can’t even fill the cup , barely over the lip. You won’t stay in business, if people feel ripped off.

Stood in line behind a family, waiting to order a milkshake. Another family walks in, and they immediately start helping them. I’m still waiting in line and another woman walks in and someone else helps her. Finally, when I told them that I was there waiting for at least 15 minutes now she said she didn’t see me. How do you not see me racist much!!

Went in at around 8:20pm and they were serving melting ice cream. When I ordered one of them, they did say it was a little soft but when I got it, it was really melted. Ordered 3 more different ones and 2 of them were melted. I asked the girl about it and she said she didn’t know and it’s been like that.
Service wasn’t great either. One of the girls working was unpleasant and looked miserable. Paid $33 to get melted ice cream on Father’s Day. Very disappointed.
