This was my first time visiting McAlister’s Deli, and overall, I had a great experience. I ordered the Club Wrap, which was absolutely delicious. I also got a cup of chili, but I didn’t really care for it—something about the taste just didn’t sit right with me.
I spoke with the restaurant manager, Ben, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. Without hesitation, he offered to switch my side to potato salad, which I appreciated. The potato salad was very good, and I enjoyed it much more than the chili.
Great customer service goes a long way, and Ben definitely made a positive impression. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Clean, excellent service, and great food! The employees are so efficient but do not compromise their helpfulness in doing so. They are awesome, quick as well! Got all of our food within minutes. I enjoyed my food. It was great portions and great quality.

I ordered my meal and when I arrived someone had picked up my order. I waited 30 minutes to get my order only for it to look like it was thrown together. And the chicken tortilla soup ,I’m not sure why it looked the like chowder but needless to say I will NEVER be returning to this establishment again. $30 for a meal I can’t eat. The only reason I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t choose anything less like negative star.

Waited 10 mins while cashier fumbled and failed to complete a transaction. Sat down and noticed everyone seated around us was grumpy because no one had been served any food to eat. Our sandwiches arrived more than 30 minutes later. Food was ok, but we will never return to such a poorly staffed and run restaurant.

Enjoyed the amount of corn beef on the Rueben but it was dry. Suggestion: don’t put spicy mustard and thousand island dressing on until after the sandwich is heated. Even then needs more thousand island and sauerkraut on it.

Food cold . Employees and Manger do not want to work and it shows.Dont mind the wait but do care if food sits in window long time and if you want anything after order you are out of luck.They are wanting people to leave don’t see how they will stay in business much longer because of service and attitude. Don’t think I will be back .cold food, burnt bread,order not right chicken tortilla soup should be cold cream of nothing, rotel cheese even cold you can’t even stir , potatoes had to be a few days old butter want even melt if you get a butter, everything was just bad.
