Consistently poor service. Extensive time waits for standard drinks. Consistently neglect to put cinnamon — on top, as requested each time for my standard drink. Laissez-faire young lady working the drive-thru window argued that I should use points that I like to save up, which I’ve never waited for them to expire in all the years I’ve had a Starbucks account, instead of paying with my card balance.
I gave this location several chances and will drive out of my way to go to a different one at this point.
Instead of resolving the issues, management continues to avoid responsibility and redirect people with their cut and paste to Starbucks customer service where you can waste some more time never getting it resolved. They don’t care. They have lots of customers. Why would they bother providing better service. Never again.

I ordered ahead online for in-store pickup. It said ready on the app and I pulled up, tried to go in, and was faced with a sign on the door saying the inside is closed. The drive through line was extremely long and so slow, and I had no choice but to wait. Because of this I was late to work. I was expecting to just run in and grab it because I put in-store pickup!!!! Communication has got to be better somehow if the inside is closed. Either that or “in-store pickup” shouldn’t even be an option on the app if this is the case. Wouldn’t have come here if I knew that.

I’m currently standing outside this locations door bc they locked it. I placed a in store pick up order on the app. If you are gonna lock the door don’t allow the app to place instore. The line is wrapped around the plaza and I’m not waiting in line as I placed in for INSTORE.
The girl the opens the door was nasty and obviously hated her job and life. The disrespect from her was uncalled for as I placed a instore pick up order. Slowest Starbucks in the area. 7 minute wait at the window with only car ahead of me. Can’t make a simple iced coffee with normal amount of half and half correctly. Attached is a photo of half and half with coffee, not coffee with half and half. I asked for normal amount of half and half. If this was a one-off I wouldn’t bother reviewing it but this happens every time I come to this location. Can’t even imagine what it would look like if I asked for extra cream. Unacceptable. The manager is going to give me the cut and paste generic contact Starbucks. I already did. Shouldn’t have to do that every visit.

I don’t stop here often. Today was not their day. I asked about the pecan latte. Eventually we (Barista & myself) that its a syrup and I wanted regular milk…not oatmilk. It was a struggle. My drink was made promptly and it felt light. I know that this latte was not poured correctly and did contain the correct amount of milk. Truly, how could I prove it? I was a Barista for this company for 10yrs+ and was schooled in the correct way to make drinks.
Anyway, my point being check your drinks for accuracy and please just visit the local coffee houses and stop patronizing this terrible company!!! Today, was my last day. I will never visit another Starbucks.

I would say atmosphere is very bad . i am freezing here in the starbucks. i want to make a assigment because saturday libaray closes 5pm. when i. asked the employer they said the temperture is controled from seattle. my hands and my feets feels freezing. i would say they have to work on cafe temperature so the people can sit. very disapponted.

I am a senior citizen. I at times have a hard time using apps. Bethany helped me use an offer I received. She was so kind. The people at this location were constantly fulfilling orders, whether they were done inside the store, the drive thru, or in advance using the app.

Hi to whom this may concern, in all my years going to Starbucks I have never been told I have to purchase something to get a Venti water for free. Today I was told by Maddie that I have to purchase something in order to get a free water. One thing I left out is that I always give a $1.00 tip when grabbing a water. Welp this is good to know, hopefully Maddie gets a better attitude, and gets off that high horse.
