Ordered a turkey gobbler sandwich and the lady making the sandwiches was scraping the container to get what was left in there for my sandwich, which was absolutely nothing. I asked if they were gonna put some food on my sandwich, and she blew up at me sayi g they follow the rules of three scoops…. um hello. Maybe three scoops of food, not gravy would o been nice. Then the guy next to her, that didn’t even see the sandwich, had the nerve to butt into our conversation. Maybe mind your own business. This is really a bad Wawa. That girl making the sandwiches today, really needs a different job. As you can see in my picture, literally no food on my damn sandwich.

First off, this isn’t just about this Wawa, it’s every Wawa. There is absolutely zero consistency when it comes to their food, one person can make your sandwich perfectly one day and you go back the next day and order the same sandwich and you have to look at your receipt to see if you even ordered the same sandwich. Please train your employees better so we know what to expect when going to Wawa instead of wondering if my same order is going to be a 10 or a 2. I mean even McDonald’s is consistent and you know what to expect. Get it together guys.

The guy at the counter at the store on forest hill and congress, not sure if hes a manager or not older short guy white with grey hair was l. so slow i came in with 5 mins to spare because thats all lyft allows for a stop …when i expressed to him what i needed he carded me which i dont mind however i told him that i was going to miss my ride he then slowed even more and then didnt even look at my id . I gave him my cash he then pretty much forced the change back into my hand . I am a manger at your competitor if i was rude to a customer as a manager i would have either been written up or fired …i will not be coming back to tgis location again

I would rate it better but I wasn’t greeted walking in or out. I ordered a ham club and they gave me turkey. It wasn’t even busy and there was plenty of staff.

Gas prices are reasonable. Clean,friendly staff, great coffee. Can always get a quick bite to eat and the pretzels by the cash register are awesome! Shelves and coolers well stocked. Thanks Wendy for always being helpful/friendly!

Poor service The self check out needs someone to log in. Everyone behind me just jumped back into the cashier’s lane. Now i had to go in the very end of the line.

This was the most soggy/wettest dripping sandwich I got from the Wawa, too many veggies and meat, very unsatisfying. Sometimes less is more. Old workers were better, these new workers can’t even mix a shake right, this is very unacceptable
