About a month ago I got pizza togo, and while I was waiting on my pizza i asked the person working the cash register at the drive thru if they had any suggestions for an anime show to watch. They recommended Frieren. It is one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. 10/10 service. I will always return to this chicagos pizza location for my pizza needs.
Also in my opinion,this chicagos pizza location is the best in the chain.

I love that the pride themselves on great customer service but im not sure why? I ordered pizza yesterday off their website and choose delivery because that’s an option. Turns out the delivery is through Doordash. It took an hour for doordash to show up and I didnt even get any food. The delivery driver showed up with an open bag of breadsticks and no pizza. They said Chicago’s gave them the breadsticks open and didnt seal the bag. I didnt take the breadsticks. When I called Chicago’s to find out what happened and why I had no food after spending $55, they didnt even apologize or try to make it right. I was told I had to go through Doordash to get my refund. They didnt even offer to remake my pizzas and breadsticks, so I could pick them up. The manager sounded like a little highschool kid who had no customer service experience at all. Needless to say, I won’t be going to this particular Chicago’s again.
*I DID NOT ORDER MY FOOD THROUGH THE DOOR DASH APP! I ORDERED IT ON THE WEBSITE FOR CHICAGOS PIZZA BARGERSVILLE. The server was top notch although I don’t recall her name. We had a wedding party of 18 people and nobody had to wait.

I have to say that we recently ordered their pizza, and while it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t as good as it had been in the past. We’ve been patrons of this establishment for over 30 years. We understand that different cooks/prepare personnel won’t always be the same at any given time. Let’s just say that the next time we spend $32.00 for our pizza that it will be a little better.
