Dined in on our way home from a trip. This is one of the locations that still has the classic Zaxbys charm. Personality on the inside and outside. The food was really great. We had the Big Zax Snack and the boneless Wings and Things meal with the buffalo garlic blaze and the lemon pepper. Everything was cooked perfectly. We are big Zaxbys lovers but have watched things go downhill for our local locations. My husband and I both agree that the food here was exactly like we remember it from years ago when Zaxbys was at their peak. Great experience. Will definitely make sure to stop through to this location when we are traveling through next time.

I’ll start off saying over priced for the quality. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich & it barely had any shredded lettuce & some small pieces of a tomato. A coworker picked up our food in the drive thru, so I can’t give any rating on atmosphere. Over $8 with tax for a basic sandwich that looked sad.

Went to Zaxby’s today in fultondale. Car in front of me had two large dogs. Two ladies working the drive through window decided to hand out the window and play with the dogs even allowing the dogs to lick their hands while serving food. Even though I had already put in my order and was next in line I left. Called back and was told the ladies washed their hands Manager at least she said she was the manager, said she had tried to tell them better. That means they probably do it all the time. Maybe the health department should help them to understand more about food handling and safety

I tried this location and went back the next day because great service was provided. The food was fresh and good. The drive-thru line was not extremely long, and the representatives were pleasant to speak with. The next, the pickup order was correct, and the food was very good.

I specifically ask the young lady at the window if the sauces were in the bag. Ask her three times and she assured me it was. Came home and my kids sauce were not in the bag. Kids didn’t eat the food and I wasted $25.00 dollars for nothing. Make sure to check your bags before you pull off.
