Little caesar’s sucks order the deep dish come to find out after 35 minutes later. I get a call from the Uber driver stating that throughout of the deep dishes. So I told him I wanted to refund, hung app with him contacted Little Caesars, and asked him that my Uber driver said that you guys ran out of deep dishes. Oh, like a refund. They said that they’re unable to communicate with Uber. Eats and won’t refund my money. So I spent $24, and I don’t have my Pizza. You would think Little Caesars would contact me when they got it before they accepted it saying that hey, we ran out of those. I’m sorry. Would you like something else? No, they persisted on accepting my order. And now I am forced to pay

They rarely get your order correct. We ordered light sauce today and there is so much sauce on our pizza the toppings slide off when we try to eat it. We scraped it off by the table spoonful on each slice. Not worth even paying the 8 bucks for honestly. This was supposed to feed us for a couple days and it literally is just a soggy mess.

I bought a pack of 4 pizza puffs because they look really yummy in their lit up pictures and their posters, but they were very disappointing!! Sure I only paid $3.99 and I guess that’s the meaning of you get what you pay for. It is FALSE ADVERTISING to hang pictures of how great these puffs are with lots of melted cheese on top and inside with at least one piece of pepperoni but then to defraud customers with a product that is bread with one little squirt of tomato sauce, NO CHEESE, NO PEPPERONI. I am mad about this. The kids working there could care less, some had been outside on break and came inside smelling of pot and went back to work without washing their hands.

The pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was amazing, the pizza puffs were also good. The puffs were much better re heated in the microwave the next day, made them a little softer and not as hard and crunchy.

Every time I have gone to this store they ALWAYS make my order wrong or just horrible. I tried to talk the guy in charge at the time and he was a straight up rude jerk. Israel or Ismael can’t remember. I literally waited 40 minutes for 4 pizza non special order and people who walked and to order long after me git their orders. My son went today and to no surprise it was badly made. I called customer service and they did nothing. A cheese pizza was was as thin as paper or thicker then a slice of Texas Toast. Sucks my son made the mistake of not believing me how bad they are but, lesson learned today!

On my way home from a long day at work I thought I’d be nice to grab a couple pizzas for the kiddos. Picked up my pizzas got home open the box and this is what I found, burnt pizza. Call them about the situation and they gave me attitude. Act like I was an inconvenience and that this was my fault.

Kelly is possibly the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. We waited over an hour past the promised time for our food, and instead of making it right and offering items that had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. She refused. When we asked for help, an employee even gave us a fake name—“OSHA.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be reporting this location to both the health department and corporate.

My son was in there around 4:55 today, he ordered a sausage & peperoni, cheese pizza and crazy bread when we got home we had a sausage pizza ( no peperoni or sauce on it)that probably sat there for hours the crust is ROCK HEARD same with the cheese. Will NEvEr go back there again.
