What a wonderful experience last night at Noble Rice. Special thanks to Byron our server who’s recommendations were spot on. Reservations are recommended, but my wife and I walked in and were able to be seated at the sushi bar (we got lucky). Staff was fantastic as was the food and overall experience. Highly recommended for a true foodie experience!

Great service from all the staff starting from when we walked into the door from the host to our various servers. Food was excellent and flavorful. Ambiance was very nice although somewhat loud (everyone is in one large room). Parking across the street in the garage was validated for $5 vs $40 for event parking that night.. great deal!

I’ve been here twice. Both times the food and service are absolutely impeccable. Really fun vibe. I just can’t say enough good things. Every item is delicious and presented beautifully. Really a standout. When I visited last week my server Ally was just incredible!

This has one of the best steaks I have ever had. Takes 60 min to prepare but it is the best I have jad in a long time. The crust that was made in this dish was just stellar. Bluefin tuna sushi. Is just on another world. Service is superior! I will return. Shrimp toast is also unique and excellent!

Incredible sushi and exquisite flavors. Be ready to spend some money, it is not cheap.. but neither is the quality. If you are looking for high quality sushi flown in from Japan and irresistible caviar, this is your spot.

What a lovely experience.

Every bite was exquisite.

I enjoyed my Dragon Smoke Mezcal drink
The crispy pork belly was amazing!
Three rolls and the beef tartare shared with my husband was the perfect amount of food.

Our server Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful with the menu.

We will return!

I tried Noble Rice for the first time and decided to do their omakase experience and had a fantastic meal. Chef Rio was friendly and educational about the dishes and the service was incredibly hospitable.

The omakase experience was delicious and interesting – seven courses including a three piece nigiri course with high quality toro, a tempura fried Japanese river crab imitating popcorn, a take on an everything bagel with salmon and Japanese milk toast, and a spectacular Hokkaido scallop with corn and tomato emulsion with champagne foam. Everything was decadent and beautiful.

The food was absolutely excellent, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Noble Rice to anyone looking for exceptional food.

There are only 2 things that matter when it comes to high ranking sushi: freshness and quality. Noble Rice hits both out of the park. By this review, I’ll have already been to NR about 10 times. And every time, has been incredible. Due to my background, I can confirm there are at most 2 other places that have worthwhile sushi here in Tampa. Mind you, this review is also from the eyes of someone who doesn’t believe in cheap, buffet, or rotating fish, and don’t get me started on cream cheese.

Let’s bring the light back to this review. From ambiance, to service, to quality, they consistently provide Michelin experience paired with filling servings, every time. The drinks are superb, I don’t typically indulge in a cocktail, but here maybe I’ll have 2. Reservations are highly recommended, even the wait list would be a good idea, but I’ve found seating, even if it meant a solo date at the bar.

Being my repeat visits, many of the staff have waited on me, some more than once. From the very first meet, all of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable.

My favorite roll, I could probably eat 10 of if my stomach allowed, is the negi toro. To get a roll this good, you’d have to get lucky at the small selection of sushi restaurants in Orlando (2hr) or make the drive to Miami (4.5hr). You know why? Because, sushi THIS good is flown in. And I will happily pay for my sushi’s plane ticket over grocery store “sushi” any day.

Beyond the negi toro, the sashimi was immaculate, the hanabe roll is like fireworks in your mouth. I’ve tried most or all of the appetizers – the wagyu shrimp toast is insane, with it’s burst of umami plus the buttery toast, divine and indulgent, great sharable, as are the bao buns and the karrage chicken! The appetizers are delicious, but don’t be fooled, you will get full so save room for the fish. The lychee martini, the mule, even the sake is incredibly smooth and all have paired so well each time.

You can tell that when you dine here, there has been tremendous thought in all of the details.

So happy to have Noble Rice in Tampa, I have actually flown to Miami for sushi, so it’s serious to me. Love this place!

The wagyu sashimi was really, really good. Everything else was slightly disappointing. I think I have had lots of better rolls at less expensive restaurants. The tuna hand roll was the exception, though it was unexpectedly small, like a piece of sashimi, and consequently over priced.
