It’s Domino’s, it’s not good food its simply convenient food. On that note, the pasta was disappointing. There was a single layer of penne pasta and a few little pieces of chicken. You could see the bottom of the container through the pasta. It was overcooked (I assume that’s because half of the dish was missing) . They got a few stars since the pie was edible and like I said the bar started low anyways

I order pizza on Dec. 30th 2025 for my employees at my job. I told them not to put any garlic seasoning on none of the pizzas. They still did it. Also, I totally understand that delivery is not allowed to carry and/or accept big bills but you can’t accept $100 bill on $100 plus on a pick up order is insane to me. Overall 1/10. I will never go back to this location.

This is the SECOND time I’ve had issues with delivery from this Domino’s. Tonight I ordered pizza and was literally waiting by my front door for the driver. After 40 minutes went by, I called the store just to be told by the manager (Johanna, or whatever her name is) that the driver “already came” and no one answered. That is completely impossible. No one came to my house. I never saw a car, never heard a knock, nothing.
Then I’m told the only way to get my food is to come pick it up myself. I’m at home with my two kids and don’t even have a car. When I said that, they told me if I wanted it delivered “again,” it would be at least another hour. So either way, my food is going to be cold and not fresh.
On top of all that, the manager was rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. Zero accountability. Terrible customer service.
If you’re ordering delivery from this location, don’t expect it to actually show up — and definitely don’t expect management to help when it doesn’t. WORST DOMINOS EVER!

Every single time I have tried to order pizza from this store there is an issue. My orders aren’t complicated, its all done via the app so no ability to have any disagreements or attitudes in the way you would think. I have not had food delivered within hours of a time window to be told they didn’t have onions so they just didnt make my 4 pizza order because one requested onions. I have ordered specialty pizzas and instead gotten one topping. Numerous other pizza issues raw in the middle etc. Today takes the cake. $50.00 order a decent tip and the order showed delivered and nothing was when the driver was 2 min. Via tracker I sat by the door to keep my dog out of the mix, 25 min later still no driver to be told he knocked and called and I didnt answer. My camera can prove no driver my phone can prove no call. I got an oh well we can bring it back. A cold pizza no thanks! Then also where was he this whole time? Nah I’m good. Never again. I wish I could have the Nova Dominos deliver to my address!!!!!

Place is horrible. At first they said the pizzas delivered then I called back and they said I had to pick it up. They would not give me the delivery phone number. They would not refund me so I have to dispute it against my credit card. Nothing but a nightmare. I definitely will NEVER be back.

I had a free pizza from corporate because my 1st pizza order was wrong and very late in delivery. I tried to order online but there is a minimum order fee of 13.00, well my order was supposed to be free with 5.99 delivery fee…I called Hannah and explained, also said I would pay the ridiculous 5.99 delivery fee but online would not let it go through because there was a 13.00 limit….I asked for delivery and I would pay the 5.99 as I didn’t have a vehicle at this time…. She said Noooo I had to pick up in store..HANNAH YOU MADE A DOMINOS WRONG STILL WRONG.

No one ever answers the phone!! I’m certain you’re missing out on a ton of orders because no one answers!! I’ve been ordering from them for years and I wish there was another one closer to use.. we love dominoes, but I literally can’t anymore with this store. I have been on the phone with them for 30 minutes trying to call them because they forgot something while I’m driving to the store still on hold getting the go round from the automated service.. It makes no sense to me. Especially when there’s five + people in the store.. I know they’re making pizza but someone can answer the damn phone. Like tonight started calling as soon as my driver left because she forgot to give me my blue cheese with my order.. wanted to catch her before she left the neighborhood.. guess what no one ever answered the freaking phone and it’s so frustrating. I’m certain that you’re a franchise and your owners need to do better. I’m literally gonna start ordering from the only other delivery in the area five star because I’m so sick of the customer service here.
