I was on the other day for a pick up order and they never received it online. The employee was pretty rude about it but tonight I did an online pickup order again and the girl was very friendly and it was seriously the best sub I’ve ever had!! Thank you to her for being amazing!!!!

On Wednesday, 8/2/23, my kids and I stopped at the Subway on Venice Rd in Sandusky to pick up sandwiches on our way to Cedar Point. The four ladies that were working there that day were so personable and friendly. They provided amazing customer service and made delicious sandwiches. I didn’t get their names, but I’m hoping they see this and know how much I appreciated their kindness. It set a great tone for the day and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Ordered 3 different sandwiches and they all had fresh bread and fresh toppings. The fella that constructed our sandwiches was friendly, courteous, and pretty quick.
It was very busy at the time I was there but we were in and out with our items pretty fast.
The restaurant appeared to be neat and clean.

So, we came through on a bus. One guy was smoking in the bathroom when we got there, then he was on the phone for some time while the lady working with him was trying to serve all 34 of us by herself. She got a few ingredients wrong for some of us, but i think she was just overwhelmed by the number of us, and the aforementioned cashier constantly typing wrong orders and short changing us and needing her help. 2 stars instead of 1 because it was probably just the people working…

Placed a phone order father had to pick it up is handicapped and was told he had to come in to pick it up and can’t come to the drive thru window. The person who took my order was rude mrs. Jackson very rude won’t be back. The place doesn’t care about handicapped was told the manager knew about my father said they would only do it this time and was given Uber eats flyers. But told my dad that he shouldn’t use them. Very bad service…..

Every time I try to go in and order a sub they tell me if I don’t have a pick up order they can’t get to me for 25 minutes or more, the last time they did serve me I watch them make a sandwich after handling cash and not washing hands or changing out gloves.
