We enjoyed a nice breakfast at this cheery spot in paradise valley. As a breakfast spot it featured all the usual suspects from eggs, omelettes and pancakes to avocado toast, waffles and more.

At 7:45 on a sunny Saturday we beat any sort of rush and were greeted right away by our pleasant server. We appreciated the fresh squeezed OJ to start off and my wife liked the avocado toast with its hint of lemon on the abundant greens. My malted waffle was as expected and the extra crispy bacon hit the spot. At around $20 per person the prices were reasonable.

Restaurants that specialize only in breakfast/brunch are often a treat for the senses. They focus their efforts on the morning meal, concentrating their expertise on breakfast and only breakfast. And the results are often quite memorable, with Over Easy being an excellent example.

I visited this Over Easy location one morning while staying in nearby Scottsdale. The resort recommended Over Easy for breakfast, and this was the closest location, so I visited here. The inside of this location has a cafe- style appearance with a sunny vibe. There is some outdoor seating, if you feel like outdoor dining.

I had a difficult time choosing what I wanted for breakfast, given so many appealing choices. I finally decided on the Mile High Omelet, hash browns, and toast. It was delicious, and I really enjoyed the fact that the orange juice is fresh squeezed. You can’t get much more natural than that! This added, extra touch was more than enough to fill my heart and stomach with joy and gratitude.

Over Easy was a featured restaurant on the television show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. It has all the qualities I expect in a first-rate breakfast- oriented restaurant and I am glad I chose to visit. It’s an excellent place to start any day.

I ordered a make ur own omelet, asked for crispy hash. They were so under done they weren’t brown on the top, mushy. Sent them back. He brought them back out and asked if they were done enough load. Barely brown this time. The cook just slapped the ones I had back on griddle. Still undergone, but was not going to send them back. As I ate, one girl(black jacket) was taking her earrings in and out of her ears around the prep area. Did not wash her hands and then continued to bring people’s food out. There were 5 people working in the front. All 5 were drinking their drinks in the prep area in the front and all on their phones the whole time I was there. Im guessing the lady in the brown shirt was the manager. She was on her phone and leaning on the prep area almost the whole time I was there. I let the young man know what I saw as I left. He said he would relay it.
It was absolutely discusting and id never return here.

The steak was awesome. The OG hash browns were a let down. It seemed a little on the pricey end also!

Nice spot for breakfast or brunch! Food was delicious and fresh. The Eggs Benedict are really good with smokey thick cut ham. The chorizo benedict was also very good. The eggs on both dishes were poached perfectly! The server was ok, hard to hear and kinda lacked a sense of urgency. Took other groups orders before ours, even though we were seated 5 minutes before them. But otherwise the food and atmosphere was great!

Really enjoyed my breakfast, everything was delicious. The chilaquiles were amazingly delicious, a little spicy for my taste but I didn’t care . The Chai tea was great and refreshing.
We will definitely going back when in the area. Totally worth it!!!

Arrived at 10am, seated outside immediately and served Coffee ☕️. Polite staff. Traditional eggs benedict was 2nd best that my wife has ever had!
I had a Southwest omelette (very good) and a energy shot, non caffeine.

Good place for breakfast. We shared the chicken fried steak and a pancake. The steak was a little tough but tasty. It was topped with gravy and egg cooked to order. Pancake was good.

Over Easy never disappoints! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What really made the visit stand out was the service—Lavell was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. A big shout-out to Anna, the manager, for running such a welcoming and well-organized team. If you’re planning a visit, definitely ask for Lavell. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Emerson, our server was absolutely excellent. He should run the restaurant! Staff was friendly but the quality of the food was very disappointing. Hash browns were barely warm, bacon not warm and eggs were barely edible. The waffle was most likely from the freezer rather than an actual waffle maker. Syrup was bottom quality with no taste. Coffee was awful.
