It’s Centralia so it’s a little slower paced than the big city. But that is specifically what I love about it!! I was on foot as I took the bus to the Walmart from the exit down one by the winco. The kid must have thought I was homeless because of my backpack I guess? As soon as I walked inside their store he said, ” hey the bathroom is over here!” But I informed him that I was sitting down to order food from them. Lol. At any rate.. after that misunderstanding, he was very helpful and polite and helped us to get what we came for, so as to enjoy our meal. ( I met a homeless gal who came in about 5 mins after me to also eat. She had some obvious mental health issues, but just the same, she was a human being and deserved respect and some dignity as any one should. But the staff was perfectly kind and attentive to us both. It was the patrons that seemed to lack the interpersonal skills, manners, and compassion that I believe most of the world is sadly lacking nowadays. But… The restaurant and it’s employees, themselves, we’re just fine In my book.

Literally the worst burger kind ever they leave you sitting at the drive through for way to long before they answer then when they do answer they say hold on and leave you waiting and waiting you might as well go somewhere else. They take forever to give you your food wether your inside or out in the drive through would not recommend going here your better off going to sonic or panda or somewhere close by.

I usually hesitate to visit Burger King due to poor service in the past, but I recently decided to give this location another try. The service I received this time was outstanding! I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man, who I believe was Taylor. He was incredibly attentive, nice, and genuinely made the entire service experience excellent. My husband even commented that more employees in the industry should model their behavior after him. Thank you, Taylor, for completely turning my impression around.

Went to get food through the drive through was told to wait waited a couple minutes someone finally took my order and said to pull to the first window. I waited at the first window for a while no one showed up. Finally just pulled forward to the second window only to be told that I needed to back up and go back to the first window. I asked if they could just take my payment there and the girl working told me no, they couldn’t that I need to back up. At that point my patience was gone. I understand having to wait to order I even understand being short staffed and trying to juggle jobs but this service was awful. If you can’t have someone stationed at the first window, instead of running back and forth it might be a good idea to take the payments at the second window. Not sure I will ever be going back to this location.

1st time visit to this B.K. out of town. We passed off many other places to grab a bite and we decided to stop by B. K. for the 2 for 6 mix n match deal. We went through the drive-thru& Chloe the cashier was nice. Only problem is that I received my change but no receipt… so I pulled over, parked& went inside to ask for my receipt. As soon as I walked in, I saw the big lady AKA probably the “manager” …mind u, as I observed, as I walked into the B.K. the big caucasion woman w/ a pony tail in black&white uniform… turn her back on me to speak with staff members and not 1person at the register to assist me. Wow! Bad move on your part big woman! Made that too obvious!
?not sure what that was about, but no one was that attentive to come and assist me not knowing if I wanted place an order for food or get my receipt . So I stood there and waited for someone to assist and lo and behold, the cashier at the drive-thru happened to glance my way and I told her that she forgot to give me my receipt. Keep in mind, during this entire time the “manager”& other employees are gathered in a circle conversing by the cooking area! All employees of Burger King/& that goes for you 2 wanna-be assistant manager or not: Always issue paying customers our receipt! don’t expect us to ask for our receipt. It’s your job to give us our receipt with or without our change& without us paying customers having to ask for our receipt. The receipt says “Kayla” but the young girl’s badge read “Chloe” ?
Thank you and on our next visit we won’t be stopping by this Burger King!

I haven’t been to Burger King in a very long while….and boy-howdy, have the prices gone up! With that said, the Food was fresh, tasty and amazing. The service was excellent…and the staff members were courteous and a delight to interact with. Good stuff..I would definitely recommend (Yelm is winning)

We were told to pull up to the first window to pay. No one was there. Waited there while both cars ahead of us drove away and still no one came, so we pulled forward to the second window. Finally we’re able to pay and the order is messed up. After waiting as long as we had, screw it, it’s fine. We’ll deal. Finally got our food and no dip was included in our order. Never going back.
