We ordered regular wings for pick up. Got home. Tried to eat. Realized I was given “extra extra fried” wings that were practically inedible. Maybe 1 small bite of tough meat left edible on each one. Not what I asked for/ ordered. I called Phatz. Restaurant would only offer a 10% credit because we wouldn’t immediately drive back to show them the decrepit state of these wings. She saw her machine rung it up wrong. I explained we have a newborn and I didn’t think it was possible to come right back. I explained I attempted to eat the parts I could but that it was not good. She didn’t care. A couple of dollars credit doesn’t correct an inedible $20 dinner. If you attempt to eat here… check your food before you leave ! Customer service.

food was delicious , great service , the owner treated us very good , we tried different sauces he gave us and also he gave us a sample of the rice and was delicious!! I went with my son and he definitely will visit again!! I need to bring my other son , So he can try the chicken wings!! I live here in vero and my son is from Palm Bay and he wishes they open more places like this where he lives !! Can’t wait to go back again !! It is closer To my work yes!! And I work at Publix and I will order my lunch from Phatz soon!!

Not the smoothest start… but the ending came in HOT
After calling multiple times (including one call answered by mysterious background noise ) and online ordering being down, I pulled up in person like, “Alright, we’re doing this the old-school way.”
The place was clearly short-staffed, but Candace stepped in, apologized, took my order, and ran the front and back like a one-woman operation .
She texted me when the order was ready , checked every box with me, and somehow kept smiling through the chaos. Respect .
What started frustrating ended strong thanks to Candace’s professionalism, patience, and great energy .
Bonus points for the sweet tea—cold, sweet, and refreshing. ✨ And the food? Oh, it showed up and showed out —crispy wings, perfectly sauced, packed with flavor and love. Worth the mission. Worth the wait. Wings secured.

The cinnamons toast waffle is okay at best. It’s pretty much just a waffle topped with the cereal and frosting. The BBQ was average & the lemon pepper was also average. The wings are on the small side. They should serve 8 wings versus 6, because of wing size. Anywhooos, I don’t think it worth the hype that everyone says it is.

Yummmm best chicken wings in Vero, in my opinion! Best prices for chicken wings too. The garbage fries are soooo good too. My boyfriend and I love this place!
Sometimes we get 50 wings for a date night dinner and go eat them in a beautiful location somewhere. We also have eaten in the restaurant a few times and the service is always great!

What can I say other then I am super happy to have the opportunity to enjoy the flavor of Phatz chicken spot. Everything needs a chicken spot and if this is not the one then I don’t want it. Great place to enjoy a drink and eat your favorite dish.. Who doesn’t like wings?? Make sure you try the phatz sauce… TDF..
