I am beyond upset about what happened at this location. My kids went in today around 3:30 pm, ordered their food, and sat there eating like normal customers. They were there the entire time — they did not leave, they did nothing wrong.
While they were still inside the restaurant, one of the employees called his parents up there to confront, harass, and threaten my kids. This was clearly personal, as this employee seems to have some kind of issue with my son. Instead of acting professionally, he escalated the situation by involving his family.
That is completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior from someone who represents a business. No employee should be bringing outside people into a restaurant to intimidate customers — especially minors.
Management seriously needs to address this. Customers, especially minors, should feel safe inside your establishment. This was unprofessional, hostile, and alarming.
Do better.

This restaurant is usually good and the staff is nice. However, when I ordered just one mobile order item, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, half the filling was missing. I waited 15 minutes for half a taco, while 3 people behind me got their orders first. I wish there was a way to post a photo here of the half filled taco shell.

The food is usually really good no complaints there but the service at the drive through is always really hostile especially in the afternoon. I’ve worked fast food so I totally get it but as a costumer it’s also really off putting for someone to sound hostile while im also just trying to get through my day.

I ordered two taco supreme’s they were okay all the way till the end then the last bite I noticed a fingernail in the lettuce. I instantly threw up. I will never eat here again. I called the manager and they had the nerves to tell me to bring the taco’s back and they would make it over. I told them I would just report this matter to the health department and the manager hung up on me

Bathrooms were locked and messy. The one stall had no toilet paper and the toilet wasn’t flushed. Other bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. I could barely get my stall door open because the baby changing station was in the way

Very rude gave my order to someone else waited over an hour for 2 meals that was ordered prior gave me the wrong sauce when I asked for ranch sauce do not check up on you I was not the only one who was pissed about the service NEVER COMING BACK
