Food is pretty good. Service isn’t the best. The atmosphere is ok….canyon lake older crowd or really young 21yr Olds from canyon lake. The kitchen is only open until 9pm which should be open until 10pm for those who work until 9pm.

My daughter and I came from out of town. We decided to come here for football. Customer service is horrible here! There were a few TVs open and I asked the Personnel working here if they could put a game on she said “Unfortunately they can’t change the channels” It doesn’t make sense when nobody is even watching games, my daughter and I sat here waiting for service, and not one person acknowledged. Wow! Oh ya and never was I ask or my 12 year old if we wanted anything to drink. There goes my 50% tip for them they get 0!

Not only did they try to rip me off due to their own mistakes during a shift change, the new owner gave me so much attitude while trying to resolve the situation. They are more worried over stealing $40 rather than supporting the customer and fixing the issue. Great environment but poor management, security team is great!

We hadn’t been there in a year or two, since a family friend worked there. When we walked in, I kinda got a “what are you doing here” vibe, since a couple of employees were just sitting around on their phones, not really seeming to be too welcoming, but we were greeted shortly thereafter, and served by “Lindsey”, who took great care of us. I kind of always thought of Sports Stop as sort of a “dive bar”, but we went there for dinner on a Friday night, and the food was excellent – – much better than I expected. I was expecting some mediocre “bar food”, but was definitely pleasantly surprised. We’ll be back soon!
