Stepping back 25 years for lunch today, at the Pizza Hut-Classic in Alliance. Everything is just like you remember here! Buffalo check tablecloths and table lights, brick walls, red plastic cups, Pizza Pete on the walls, salad bar up front, 90’s music, the dangerously hot pan on the cork trivet, Pepsi products… even the old garlic bread with cheese.

The food was really good, but I feel really bad for the woman that was at the oven boxing the pizzas she had blond hair and tattoos and piercings She looked like she was about to pass out. She was running back-and-forth from there to what I believed to be the wings that’s what she brought out every time she went back that way there was more than just her back there somebody could have helped her. I really hope she gets recognized for the things she does for the Customers and for Pizzahut itself..

I ordered 6 TRADITIONAL wings and pasta for delivery. They came and only brought the pasta they said they forgot the wings and when they brought the wings back they brought back boneless. Mind you it was around 28 dollars and I paid 40 so the delivery driver could get a good tip. This was honestly just so annoying. They didn’t even offer for a discount or nothing. At this point I’m not calling again

My mom ordered us two large pizzas on Saturday January 24, 2026. Went to open the second large pizza (pepperoni, green and yellow peppers, onions, bacon, and ham) this morning and there’s a giant chunk of what looks like wood sitting straight on the top of it. It was clearly on top of the pizza before it even went into the oven considering it’s burnt. Tried to call them today but they’re closed due to bad weather (understandably)

there is one woman who works here, who is always so consistently aggressive, and we always seem to order when she’s there. the most recent time she argued about a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion on an order that was placed *and already paid for* online. She acts like every product that leaves the kitchen is coming out of her own wallet. The food has always been mid, but the nastiness from this individual has been the nail in the coffin. Choose literally any other pizza place in town but this one.

Ordered 3 melts and a small order of wings waited 45 minutes to even get our food there was only 3 tables occupied by customers and then they were completing mobile orders and delivery orders before attending to restaurant guests had 1 waitress working on guests and cleaning who was more concerned about cleaning then taking care of the customers and our small order which should have only been like $20 came up $35 and some change we got the $7 meal deals and we each got a drink and the drinks were $5 never going back again pizza hut do better you’re prices suck and your employees clearly don’t know what they are doing no wonder why y’all only pay your employees only $5 to $10 an hour yeah that’s right I was gonna apply to y’all for a job but nope I’m good that job would suck

The owners of this establishment came into my place of work yet again, like they have for years now and completely acted like they owned the place. They berated a server who just dropped off the food they order, belittling her and yelling at her over the state of their food. They didn’t even cut into their well done steaks they order before freaking out. Once my manager comes over they tell her “I’ll get you fired and take your job” and demand free food. They’re truly the worst people I’ve ever waited on and should not get your business.

Was given bad sausage and mold on vegetables wish I could give zero stars. Then to find out the district manager is in the store today while they are giving out bad food is unacceptable! Wonder how bad food is when she isn’t there
