Just ordered from here September 26th, 2025. BBQ Chicken sandwich was half chicken fat. How is anyone supposed to eat that? The Chicken noodle soup was all stock, 3 noodles, 2 tiny pieces of chicken. Only one sandwich we ordered was ok. The squash soup was fine.
But the annoying part is the first time I called someone answered and hung up. Second time I received the most nonchalant “idgaf” attitude and that they can replace the food when I just said I’m 10 minutes away after the major screw up. Sorry, I can’t trust you to replace the food now, there clearly isn’t a care for service today. The right way to handle that was a refund.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I just had a terrible experience at this location. We ordered a bowl of chicken wild rice soup & they gave us the broccoli cheddar soup. I was kind of sad because I’m sick & was excited for the chicken soup. What really was upsetting was the hair that was in the sandwich my partner was eating!
I’ve worked in restaurants my entire life life, I know things happen…
So, I call:
Cashier: hello
Me: Hello! *explains what happened*
Cashier: yeah, well… the guy making the sandwiches practically has no hair sooooooo what are you trying to say??? What do you want me to do about it?
Me: Well, while he may have little hair, hair can land onto the sandwich from his sleeve or something like that. Plus, I didn’t get the soup I ordered.
Cashier: Okayyy??? And I’m not sure what you want me to do about it?
Me:
– Ended up speaking with the manager and they said they can replace it. I told him that I live in Raleigh & my partner picked this up for me on his way home from work because I’m sick. So, they want me to drive back another day. But I don’t even live over there.

don’t waste your time stopping here. the quality of their veggies are below standard. clearly the pickle was old and soggy. the mixed greens were black and spoiled. never wasting my money here again

Ordered delivery and my broccoli cheese soup was delivered HOT!!! It was awesome and the best I have ever had! Frontera Chicken sandwich also very good! UPDATE 9/24/23 tried Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with ham and egg and it is an AWESOME mash up of sweet and savory.❤️❤️UPDATE 5/29/24 Tried the Chicken Bacon Rancher and it tasted ok but it was VERY salty. UPDATE 8/7/24 The Ciabatta Cheesesteak tasted amazing and seasoned perfectly. Love the garlic aioli!! The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken tasted great but needed more chicken. Strawberry lemonade had a funny taste UPDATE 8/6/25 Italian Steak & Mozz tasted amazing! Love the flavor of the steak and the tangy seasoning of the garlic aioli and other spices. A must try!

Broccoli Cheddar Soup and French Ciabatta Dipper both delivered piping hot and fresh! The baguette on my sandwich and the one that goes with my soup so soft, fresh and amazing. Love the French Ciabatta Dipper garli aioli and onion dipping sauce full of fresh onion slices put it over the top. Broccoli Cheddar Soup always my favorite. UPDATE 1/16/26 Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel has good flavor BUT it is a small sandwich at a big price!!! For that price it needed more chicken.

I love this place! The food is delicious, the service is quick. You have options to order through your mobile device, the drive thru, in person, or at a mobile stand inside. Their menu changes semi-frequently, and the quality is fresh and SO GOOD!
I specifically love the turkey and cheddar sandwich, their mac n cheese, and their potato chips! My husband recently tried one of their new hot sandwiches with chicken, melty cheese, and arugula, and he loved it!
Just a side note – my mom passed away last year and Panera was her favorite restaurant. It brings me comfort and nostalgia going there. Thanks for the memories ❤️

We like coming here, my issue with them is I have been served uncooked/frozen desserts on two separate visits. If you don’t have an item purchased that is cooked – do not serve it to your customers. It is as simple as asking your customer is they would like something else instead.

Ordered a Grilled Cheese, Smokehouse Chicken sandwich, chicken pesto ciabatta sandwich, Mac and cheese, and chicken wild rice soup. Super tough order right, especially for a sandwich shop that specializes in…..wait for it….sandwiches.
1. Grilled Cheese- slaps cheese in between 2 pieces of soggy white bread….toasts for .85 seconds….FAIL
2. Smokehouse Chicken sandwich: no request for light chicken and heavy everything else…. but here we are…FAIL.
3. Chicken Pesto Ciabatta: oh, you actually wanted that and paid for it? We forgot, we’ll leave that one out of your order. EPIC FAIL.
My kid enjoyed the mac and cheese and the soup looked decent.
We wont be back, but do better Panera…

I go here every week with a friend since this location opened and we haven’t been disappointed yet. The food is fresh and fabulous. Quick service and friendly staff! The bathroom is always clean too! So delicious. I got a free pick 2 added to my rewards card this week , realized it when I ordered at the kiosk!!

This is by far the dirtiest Panera I think I have ever been in. The mens restroom’s and how nasty they are is what lead to this review. I like to wash my hands before I eat and it left me with a feeling of disgust. The urinal and sink looked like they had not been cleaned in MONTHS. There were so many paper towels on the floor it was amazing. I would hate to think that level of dirtiness is in the kitchen as well. It will probably be my last visit for some time.
