
Rossocarne e’ un ristorante/macelleria di sola carne rossa a km0 con carne razza cabannina e un marchio sempre di rossocarne Vacca Vegia che seleziona lombate di femmine adulte piemontesi ,salumi di produzione propria,dalla testa in cassetta al prosciutto cotto formaggi km 0, costate e fiorentine frollate da a 200 giorni , siamo anche ristorante Liguria Gourmet. Il nostro menù comprende anche tanta carne cruda con tantissimi condimenti diversi ,2 primi piatti e poi tanta carne inoltre cervella e granelli impanati e fritti,hamburger piatto, contorni e dolci. Consegna anche a domicilio di carne fresca e di piatti pronti da rigenerare a casa . Vi aspettiamo in via di Ravecca oppure chiamate e veniamo noi da voi.

Dear Mauro, I came to your restaurant yesterday specifically for your famous cabannina tartare that I’ve been looking forward to for many days. Unfortunately, the staff had already closed the place, even though it was still within the listed opening hours. I was extremely disappointed, especially since I’m leaving the next day and won’t get another chance to try it. Very very sad
My first glance, it was very nice with the meat shows at the front of the restaurant. We stepped in and the staff just basically greet us with absolute no smile (maybe because we do not speak Italian?…) and there is 1 staff was not so hospitality.
The table seat is quiet small in the corner, this probably is our fault since we did not book a table in advance. But really, it was not comfortable enough. Therefore, I would suggest you to book in advance.
The food on the other side was amazing; the meat is tender, soft and really tasty. I used to work as a Steakhouse so I definitely can tell this meat is outstanding . 10/10 for the meat and the food. Tiramisu was very very nice, must try.
We spent 109€ for 2 person (+6€ tips). Will come back for the meat.
P/S: if you called the Bone steak, please expected the bone will take around 100-180gr; and you can only order from 800gr on. However like I said, was good (Rib Eyes over 60 days)
Absolutely amazing aged beef, salami, cheese and other delicacies are served in this place. With great wine list, and crafted beer, i am sure you will not be disappointed.
