ZenDen Cafe in Homer, AK was a delightful experience! The coffee was exceptional—rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. Nice efficient servers. We all loved our drinks, I had a flat white / oat milk. The atmosphere is a standout, with eclectic art adorning the walls, creating a cozy and creative vibe that’s quintessentially Homer. They also had a charming selection of items for sale, including some unique greeting cards—I couldn’t resist picking up three fun ones! The staff were friendly, and the overall ambiance made it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the local culture with cool distant Mountain View . Highly recommend stopping by for a coffee and a dose of artistic inspiration

While the Pavlof Fire Mocha is the perfect treat for any spice lover out there, the main reason to go to ZenDen is the laid back, comfy atmosphere and the amazing staff. The first time I walked in, it felt like a café I’ve been going to for years. My second time, the incredible barista already knew exactly how I liked my drink. Give your mind, body, and soul a treat and go to ZenDen. You deserve it.

Atmosphere 10/10, vibe 10/10, customer service 10/10, beverages 10/10, food 10/10. Energy 10/10. Friendliness 10/10. Clean 10/10. Warm and inviting 10/10. I come here almost daily and I always leave beyond happy. The creativeness of the team here is phenomenal and the positive attitudes and mindset of the staff make for a very welcoming place to be. Either to snag a drink and snack on the fly in drivethru or to sit inside and do some light reading or work on your computer. Minimal wait times. They are efficient and serve high quality foods and drinks. I’d recommend 10000% everyday.

They use Dandy Blend powder as an alternative in any coffee drink recipe, paired with incredibly clean, high-quality nut milks. Their matte lattes and London Fog are outstanding, with the latter featuring locally harvested fireweed flowers for a unique and exquisite flavor.
The Grounded Smoothie is absolutely phenomenal—so good that I haven’t even felt the need to try anything else yet. The Fire Mocha is perfectly spicy and delicious, and they even offer VEGAN whipped cream! Their matcha lattes are the best in town, especially when you add lavender.
Their chia cups are next-level—creative, high-quality, and unlike anything I’ve had before. The atmosphere is pure vibes, all day every day. Zoe and Jen, the owners, are nothing short of angels—kind, sweet, thoughtful, and passionate about their craft. From day one, I’ve felt so grateful for their café because they truly “get” me.
Not many businesses validate my thoughts and feelings about coffee, but this place has made me feel seen, included, and supported in my café beverage journey. Wow the remodel from the new owners have totally transformed this to a quaint ZenDen. Boasting organic, all natural ingredients with a wide selection of lactose free, gluten free and vegan options.
My daughter enjoyed the fireweed fog latte with oat milk and I have never tasted anything more heavenly. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. We shared a Pineapple passionfruit Chia topped with toasted coconut, made with coconut milk and sweetened with agave.
