I went through the Drive Thru today and the service was great. There was a young blonde girl with glasses that was super bubbly and friendly. I tend to be picky and asked a lot of questions. She was so patient and kind. I got the avocado turkey sandwich and the chicken pot pie soup. The avocado was fresh, which doesn’t seem to be the norm from other places, and the soup was hot and delicious. Thank you for the great service! I will definitely be back because of the young lady who helped me.

i come to eat quite often and ive never had an issue/complaint about the wait time or the service or anything wrong with the food. the food is very good, actually. its a very cute and comfortable space to sit down to eat. when i come in im greeted at the door and its usually younger folks working. they always answer any questions i have, the workers are always kind and helpful. i recommend checking this place out

I decided to give this location one last try yesterday despite the last 3 visits being disappointing, mainly because my usual employee, Ms. Regan, was not there. She always greets me, talks to me, and genuinely tries her best to make my sandwich perfect, especially knowing I am pregnant. She always asked about my baby and how far along I am. She genuinely cares. Unfortunately, she has not been there the last few times I have visited, and yesterday was no different.
I ordered and paid for multiple items. The receipt listed everything I ordered, yet items were missing.
The broccoli soup was bland and watery and tasted like nothing but cheese sauce. Not a single speck of broccoli. Literally just cheese sauce. The sandwich was horrible. Brown avocado, wilted lettuce, zero effort. I took one bite, opened it, looked at it for a moment, and then threw it straight in the trash. Money well wasted.
Every time I come in without my regular employee there, the food quality has been absolutely horrible. I am pregnant, and all I have been craving is a good sandwich, and I cannot even get that here. On top of that, the staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. They do not greet customers, act like they do not want to be there, and are constantly on their phones while working.
This place has gone downhill fast. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful to explain any questions that I had about the menu. I ordered a combo with a roast beef sandwich and a side of chicken pot pie. That bread is so soft, not chewy like other places, and I liked the crust in the pot pie soup! The food was hot, fresh and delicious.

Sent my girlfriend to pick up a sandwich on her way home because I haven’t had Potbelly since I lived in Dallas! She went in and ordered an Italian. They didnt ask if she wanted topping they actually charged her $10 for meat and cheese.

Subway used to be my favorite sandwich place, but Potbelly blows that place out of the water. The ingredients taste fresher, the atmosphere is far better and the workers much friendlier. Elizabeth especially is top tier. She was incredibly inviting and explained how everything worked to me since it was my first time. Truly a life changing experience.

I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now in the last couple of months and I’ve not been disappointed. I can’t speak for much on the menu, I always get the AvoTurkey on Wheat (w/ a side of hot pepper ranch) and BBQ chips and it’s always been delicious! They have really good fountain drinks too. The place is pretty cute inside and the owner is super sweet! Definitely glad they’re in our area now!

Pot Belly’s is such a great local spot! The food is always fresh and delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is friendly every time we visit. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a good meal and a welcoming atmosphere!

I’ve eaten there daily for over 2 months probably. Right outside my neighborhood. Always a great experience. Gotten to know all the employees. Cubano with oatmeal/chocolate chip cookies is where it’s at.
