What a great Thai restraunt. Menue is large so you will find something you like. Our waitress was from Tyland so we had nice conversations. I had visited Tyland two years ago and enjoy the food. The table tops are very unique pieces of art. Foods great loved the curry could been more spicy however everyone dont like the heat. Try the noodles great.

It no longer surprises me that, as a rule, the people who have left the lowest ratings have written the fewest reviews. And when the establishment replies to their post with an offer to make things right, the reviewer chooses to leave their poor review up as a jab I suppose.
With that off my chest….SANTA BACA!! Thai Kitchen is amazing. The food was ridiculously good, the service was very good and the atmosphere is second to none. I had the red curry and loved the presentation! I got served red curry in a fish-shaped bowl! The portion I was served was just right. I didnt feel like I had to be a “clean plate club” kid and eat all of the extra. And I am going to get home to Oklahoma and ask my Thai restaurant to include basil leaves inside of their spring rolls. That tasted SO good! The most wonderful thing about this restaurant is all of the customized tables. No two are alike and there is no way to know how many hours a craftsman put into carving them. If you love Thai food like I please give Thai Kitchen a try!

The food was very good. Never had Thai food before. So glad that my friend invited me to lunch. The #4 hot wasn’t super hot like Louisiana thinks of hot. It was good spice hot that comes from a well cooked dish. Great flavor. The coconut ice cream was so good and was unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Can’t wait to eat here again. Oh and the tables are cool!

Thai Kitchen is a must stop anytime I’m in Baton Rouge. The food is always excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially if you want help choosing food. They have plenty of simple soup and salad options and can adjust spice levels if you go with picky eaters. The carved tables and murals are cool and there are lots of tv’s if you want to watch games. Good beer selection too!

We’ve been the loyal customer of Thai Kitchen for years and it’s always a pleasure to return to a place that consistently delivers authentic Thai flavors with every visit. Their dedication to quality and tradition truly stands out.
On this visit, we ordered the Beau Nam Tok, Steak Pad Thai, and the Grilled Shrimp Green Curry. The Beau Nam Tok was especially delightful, the perfect balance of sourness paired beautifully with the fresh lettuce, creating a refreshing and flavorful bite. The Steak Pad Thai was just as good as always: savory, satisfying, and well-executed. The Grilled Shrimp Green Curry was another standout, with tender shrimp and a rich, aromatic curry that was both comforting and delicious.
Although the wait time of the food was longer than usual during this visit, the overall experience remained positive. Thai Kitchen continued to be a go-to for quality Thai cuisine, and we look forward to coming back again.

Been here a few times, but adding a review. I love this place. Don’t be fooled by the outside or the shopping neighborhood. This is a fantastic place. The atmosphere has a very “non-assuming” feel, like a mom and pop’s place – but with a noticeable attention to detail. The service is always top notch. The food is bursting with flavors! I could go for a little larger portions, but not complaining. It’s also common for them to have live music, which is an additional bonus. Highly recommend. Right off I-10 on College.

I ordered yellow curry with very mild spice from the lunch menu. I had the egg roll, and coconut soup to go with it. It was unbelievable the tiny amount that they serve! It’s cheaply made also. A couple of pieces of chicken in the soup, with two leaves of cilantro. The curry was a tiny amount with two pieces of potato and a few pieces of chicken. It was so spicy. I told the waiter. He said that’s how they make it. He took it back and said they added coconut milk to calm it down. They must have taken some liquid out and replaced it, because it was still the tiny amount of soup. Very cheaply done meal. But the price is NOT CHEAP. The soup was slightly not as hot, but still spicy. I will never come back. Worst food I’ve ever received from a Thai restaurant. The server was great. Very attentive. Horrible restaurant.
