Love dominos and deals are good. Never had an issue until recent order. Ordered Medium pizzas but they were sliced for a xsmall pizza? Like what’s going on with these slices. Lmao

I ordered delivery online. Gave specific instructions where to leave the food. When I tried to track the order the website said it didn’t exist. When I called they told me the same thing. I gave the order number and they finally found me. Said it was delivered. So I went looking because I never got a confirmation. Found it outside in 27 degree weather. My food was cold and the pasta wasn’t even in the bread bowl anymore. Tried calling was put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back was put on hold again. Tried to find corporate information and it’s impossible to make a complaint to anyone but the workers and they don’t care they just laugh at you. I used to be an assistant manager at a Dominos and this would have been unacceptable. The delivery service and the customer service from the in-store crew are horrible.

The employee was rude on the phone. She has an attitude. And it was like she didn’t want to take the order. I was to have a free pizza because they had messed up my order and I called today to get my free pizza and I was told that there wasn’t one for me. So when they mess up on the order and you talk to a manager. By the time you hang up your food don’t get fixed.

I’ve always loved Domino’s, but the food hasn’t been great lately. The pizza seems overcooked not enough tomato sauce, skimping on the toppings. This they don’t thoroughly cut the pizza.

Update: 1 year later, I am still having problems with my orders. 2 times in a row I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza no onion. And when I received it, it was a chicken and cheese pizza no buffalo sauce.

Ordered a pan pizza cooked well done. What I received was a pizza that was raw dough in the middle. When I called to let them know what happened I was given attitude by the girl that answered the phone. She literally said “look, I am really tired and don’t have time for this right now”. Trash food and service all in one.

I’ve ordered in this location several times in the past with no issues. However I was. Really disappointed with the last visit. They had a special with 9.99 unlimited toppings so I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and all the meat toppings with banana peppers. This is what I got. I mean do you see any extra cheese, sausage, beef, or bacon? They really skimped on the toppings.

First order, they gave me like 1/3 the usual amount of noodles in the pasta (this is untouched after opening it), and they seemingly throttled our lava cakes cause they arrived in a mound of fudge & cake. Then tonight at 6:30pm we ordered; (a pizza, cinnamon twists & icing, buffalo wings, & a 2 liter of sprite). It is now 8:15pm, the order says it’s complete, but we haven’t received any of it. We try to call the store but the line is busy and it auto hangs up on you. Terrible service 2x in a row. I will not be ordering again.

I ordered the pepperoni bread and chicken Alfredo. The bread was not cut into slices as it’s supposed to be and I wasn’t given a fork to eat the Alfredo. I generally like Domino’s. But I can’t eat the pepperoni bread properly as I don’t have a knife handy. Also, I don’t have a fork so I have to eat the Alfredo with my fingers when it cools down. Wasn’t too upset when I showed up and they couldn’t break my 20 bill. I was able to find proper payment, but since there’s no great way to eat my food, I’m a little upset. The window guy was really nice though.
