I have gotten coffee at this shop a few times now. The staff are always very friendly and usually quick with any order. It is completely drive-thru so you cannot dine in or go in but there spots you could park, if needed. The coffee and other drinks have always been good. It is right on Highway 49 so it can be hectic getting in, especially during peak traffic. The last time I went the drive-thru, which is gravel has a lot of holes in it so if you don’t have a truck or SUV be wary of that. Not a bad spot for coffee though and will go back.

I went twice during business hours and no one was there / I was being ignored so I just left.
I went out of my way at 7:30 on a Sunday, which is listed as them being open, honked to let them know I was there (there’s a note saying to do that because their doorbell is broken) and no one came. Not going out of my way again because this has happened once before as well.
I did get coffee here twice out of 4 trips, and if it’s 50/50 I even get what I come for I can just go somewhere else.

I have been using Busy Bean for nearly three years typically the Walnut Ridge store. However, this one is near my home so I stop when I need a good coffee. The problem is if you show up in the morning they have a problem showing up to work. Like this morning at 6am they haven’t even showed up. This is probably the third or forth time time nobody was at the store at the 0600 opening time. Plus the coffees tend to be just on the warm side instead of hot.

I absolutely love busy bean, especially when their manager Hannah is there. Hannahs always willing to give me drink ideas and suggestions and ALWAYS makes my drink perfectly im convinced she can do it with her eyes closed. I know everytime I go there. I’m gonna get a good drink with a barista who’s smiling and looks like they genuinely enjoy their job.

The coffee here is delicious and customer service is great. I tried it once and is has became my favorite place to get coffee. The breakfast bagels are good too. If your driving through Brookland it’s definitely worth stopping to give a try.

The coffee is FIRE! And the honey buns, phew you gotta try them. Brittany is the ABSOLUTE BEST HUMAN! She makes me look forward to coming and grabbing a coffee just because of her happy attitude! Don’t sleep on that employee because you have a one in a million with this girl! She keeps me coming back!

Busy Bean in Brookland is amazing! I was a bit apprehensive at first, because I was a regular at Mocha Joe’s before they closed. However, Bush Bean really surprised me! Not only is the customer service amazing every time I’ve been, but the redbulls are almost always good. Normally I get one type and stick to it, but with them having so many flavors it’s hard to not try them all! The only negative thing I would have to say is that they do not have pomegranate syrup, which is not a big deal because they still have good drinks! I love the atmosphere there!

Yall are absolutely amazing! I love the different flavors and how yall make them sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet.I love getting the Samoa coffee, tasts just like the cookie Reason I didn’t put five stars is because yesterday I went up there after my mom let me try her red velvet cheesecake frapay (which was heaven, delicious) and I got myself and my sisters all a large since it was the last day, different batista then what my mom had, idk if he was new or what but when we got ours it tasted nothing like it and was SOO bitter… none of us was able to finish them sadly. All practically still full in our fridge. I didn’t taste anything but the bitterness and same with my sisters. Honestly was pretty disappointed as I spent almost 20 on them just for them to sit in the fridge. I’ll probably try to add something to help get the sweet taste back. Other then that one instance yall have been fabulous!! Just dont think I’ll be ordering anything if it’s that batista again.
