We tried this place for the first time and it’s pretty good. The food was decent. Kids liked their pancakes, the chicken sandwich was decent. My omelette was decent too. Wish it was spicier or served with salsa.
The coffee was horrible (cream was bad too). I’d recommend staying away from it. I do hope they serve better coffee as it’s a breakfast place.
They have plenty of seating inside and out. The decor is good. Couldn’t grab pics of the inside (there was a birthday party going on).

The service and the food were both great. We had the chicken fried steak with hash browns, three eggs, and two flapjacks. My wife and I shared the meal. The steak was tender and flavorful. I was looking forward to crispy hash browns and these did not disappoint. There were 12 to 15 people ahead of us when we arrived, but we only had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. The server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a calm feel. Food is coming out of the kitchen at a good pace, but the hustle and bustle were missing. It was a very pleasant dining experience that you should try!

The perfect balance of new age breakfast and lunch decor with a classic diner setting. Extremely clean dining room and from what I could see of the kitchen it was the same.
The food was very good and both my daughter and I quickly joined the clean plate club.
The best part was the service though. Julia waited on us with a natural ease that leaves me no doubt we would have received just as good of service no matter how busy it was. (We just happened to visit on a slow Tuesday morning).

This spot is easily one of my favorite places for breakfast! It’s super close, which is a big plus. I usually go for the corned beef hash combo with flapjacks—it’s so good. The menu has so many options that it’s tough to try something new, but everything looks great. The cozy vibe and friendly staff just make it even better. Very attentive staff! Happy New Year! 🙂

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and seated right away. Our server, Manuel, was attentive and friendly. The food came out hot and as ordered. We both ordered Flapjack specials. #1 was 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, sausage & a small juice. #3 was 2 french toast, 2 eggs, 2 pieces bacon, sausage & a small juice. We enjoyed both immensely. If we lived here, it would definitely be one our regular breakfast spots.

Simple done right. I didn’t wait more than 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my Florentine Benedict. Fresh and hot coffee was offered throughout. This is exactly what you want in a no-fills, no BS breakfast joint and I would go here any day then go to some boujee joint.

The food was absolutely on point! Flapjacks are a must. Bacon was crisp but not burnt. We had both scrambled and over medium eggs and both were cooked to perfection. Ivan was attentive and kind and very quick! We will most definitely be back! Cost was more reasonable, especially considering the quality!

5-star service, 4-star ambiance, 3-star food. To be fair, I didn’t get the self-acclaimed “Flapjacks,” and my dining companion says the pecan pancakes were quite good. I went the “and more” route with the Scrambled Lox and Onion. It was ok, fairly monotone in flavor and a touch greasy and salty, but good enough that I still ate all of it, which was quite a hearty portion (way more than 2 scrambled eggs). Actually boxed my side of fruit (small plate of watermelon, pineapple, and cantaloupe—bigger than a typical small fruit side dish) to go because I was so full. Again, our server was perfectly attentive and took good care of us, regularly topping off my cup of coffee.
