Ambiance was top notch! Service was amazing. Our waitress was entertaining and made our experience so much fun! The gentleman who made the dipping sauce was informative and helpful. Went on a date during lunch here and just walked in. The place wasn’t too busy and all of the service was patient, kind, and overall great. The food was absolutely spectacular . We did the big night out course for 160 for two people. Certainly pricey but it was more than enough food and every bit was delectable. Absolutely would go again

Had such a fun date night with my Hubs tonight! We took advantage of the Thursday Date Night deal and loved it. The restaurant made it extra special with candles and rose petals — such a nice touch! Our server, Adrian, was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend for a romantic night out!

We went for the Valentine’s package, it was seriously amazing. The courses went so well together, everything we ate tasted great! While it is pricey, the experience is well worth it for 2 hours. The service was very relaxed and kind, we didn’t have to wait for anything. I will be recommending this place to others as a must have experience.

We have been a few times. This time we had family in town so we took a group of 6 of us. One had a severe onion allergy and our waitress (Adrian I believeis her name) did an excellent job making sure that it was noted and taken care of. Our family all told us how much they enjoyed it. We were there for probably 2.5 hours and had tons of laughs. Thank you! We look forward to stopping back in!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a great date night here. We came in not knowing what to expect, not being used to a hot pot style, and found the experience to be lovely. The food was delicious and the service from our waiter Calvin was awesome. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend coming because its well worth the money. We can’t wait to come back and try the different flavor combos!

We have been to the melting pot probably five times in total, maybe a little more. Been a while since we came because we did have previous bad experiences. I was getting emails and it sounded good for our anniversary so we decided to go. I was able to book the special promotion where they had rose petals and candles on your table and you had a private area. I did appreciate that and their communication in the booking process. They had a little signed card there and it was very cute. I did not know however that this option being a couple dollars more expensive than the other four course option limited me to only choosing the classic meats. That makes zero sense that I would be limited to classic meats when I was paying the same price and a little more and I would have had other options available at the normal four course. At that point it’s like go ahead and take your rose petals back and let me choose what I want. So that was a little upsetting although she did let me sub out the pork for chicken, but that’s not what I wanted but I didn’t want to pay any more at that point. I love that they have non-alcoholic options here and mocktails as well as non-alcoholic beer. I will say that the booth felt a little cramped and the experience did not start out good as it was about 25 minutes of us being seated before we got any drinks at all including water. Right when we were about to find someone to ask for water our server came and said she was wanting to get our food started and she would go get our drinks. That was not a very good start however her service did get better over the course of the meal. The food tasted fine I will say it is a little high price for what they are giving you. The experience overall was good and we had a good dinner. I just don’t know if we will be back for a while. Melting pot charges fine dining prices but the experience doesn’t always match.

The food and the people were amazing! Flavors were incredible and the shrimp was jumbo x10! HUGE!
The ONLY downfall was the price. Way too much money. A lot more than we’ve paid for other melting pots. Almost double the price. But other than that, was an incredible experience!

We have eaten at the melting pot many many times. Cambrea S. Is the best! She is the only one to make the topping on our crème brûlée actually crisp! Great food as always!!

2 stars. We visited The Melting Pot on Feb 14 with an 8:00 PM reservation and paid for the Platinum Experience ( ). We arrived around 7:50 and were told they were finishing up cleaning tables and would seat us shortly.
We ended up waiting close to an hour. There weren’t many places to sit while waiting, so my fiancée was standing in heels for a long time. Several other couples were also waiting, and after chatting with them, it sounded like many of us had 8 PM reservations, so it was overbooked for the night.
We were seated around 8:45, and while walking to the table we were told this kind of wait is “normal.” I get that Valentine’s Day is busy, but the tone came across a little dismissive, especially since reservations mention a 2-hour table limit.
I worked in the service industry for 5 years, and when things go sideways, what usually helps is simple: acknowledge it and take care of the guest (a voucher, a discount, free drinks, something). That didn’t happen here. When you’re paying for the Platinum Experience, this really isn’t what you expect.
The frustrating part is the food and our server were genuinely great. But overall it was very disappointing, and we likely won’t be back.
