Use their free app for great deals. We usually get family chicken meals but we’ve also had bowls, quesadillas and tacos.

I came in for lunch today and to start off the cashier was such a nice lady! Even though I don’t go to this location like once a month the cashier was so nice and she acted like I was a regular customer. She took her time to ask me how have I been doing since the last time I was there. It made me feel so welcomed. I bought myself my fresh chicken salad and it was so good! Like always it was so fresh and yummy! I appreciate the staff and the prices!

Ordered online and came in and at time it said to come in and they said they don’t have our order and it wasn’t showing up in their system. The refused to do anything about it and said there was nothing they could do so we left and we lost $35 because of it. This was our first time here and also our last time here. Staff was very unprofessional and no one could offer me a solution to get a refund.

If you order on the app, make sure you check your food at the counter before you leave. Twice they have gotten my order wrong. Last time they gave the complete wrong item (but I checked before leaving and got it resolved). This time I was in a rush and didn’t check, and they gave a two piece meal instead of a 3 piece meal.

Got a double chicken bowl and it definitely did not have double chicken. It had more rice and beans than normal. Could barely find the chicken on one side of the bowl.
Update: Someone from El Pollo Loco responded to my post asked for me to send this through their website to fix the issue which I did. No response and it’s been a few weeks. I would have changed my review if they responded.
