If you’re in the mood for some tasty chicken tenders you need to give this place a shot. The tenders are great and they have a great assortment of sauces to try. The largest chicken tender plate was big enough for our family of four to share. The service was also notably friendly.

I ordered 4 pieces of chicken tenders with fries. The chicken tenders were rather small and are fried in city sauce oil. I selected the city sauce and taste was good. The fries taste good and it’s sprinkled with some seasoning, parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Off the bat, the service was awesome, had a nice conversation with the gentlemen behind the counter and he seemed genuinely interested in all the guests that came in.
The place itself sits in the gorgeous Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati. The food was great! The fries were seasoned and very flavorful, although I do wish they were slightly crispier. The tenders themselves were SEASONED unlike another place I know that rhymes with “Banes” and the proving for the meal itself was super affordable compared to other chains!

I work downtown so I thought I’d give this restaurant a try. Customer service was great. Place was clean. Food came out quickly. The chicken was just a little too spicy for me. I didn’t really like the seasoning on the fries. If you like chicken and fries with a little kick, this is the place for you. Nothing personal, just not the place for me.

A little to much seasoning on the chicken for me, but was not bad tasting at all. Those fries are very very good. Customer service could have been better, but hey I guess that’s the way things are now. FYI there was no line when we went, the customer after we order came in about 8 min after we had ordered.

Britney helped us today as it was our first time in the City Bird. What she recommended was amazing! I appreciate the fact that they have an allergen friendly menu, which is very important to me and my family. Will definitely make another trip back next time we’re in the area. First time in Cincinnati and my kids had a taste for chicken tenders. Typed that up in uber eats and this place popped up.
I didn’t know it was that close to my hotel (noticed after going for a walk)
Food: Uber eats delivered the food quickly and it was still hot. We ordered the mega meal which was 10 chicken tenders, 2 sauces and French fries.
The tenders were fresh, we enjoyed the BBQ sauce over the city sauce.
The fries were addictive. They were cooked to perfection. The seasoning was great. If anything I would go back just for the fries.
We would visit again. Once we went for a walk and saw how close it was we decided to go in. The man and woman in the front greeted us with smiles. I just had to tell them how much we enjoyed the food.

Tried this for the first time and it was generally fine. The fries are probably the best thing on the menu as they have a unique taste and texture. Service was great, place could be a bit nicer though

I was visiting Cincinnati and was staying downtown, and the hotel staff was raving about City Bird Chicken and highly recommended that I should stop by……. Well, I did and WOW, the flavor was mouthwatering and that’s without added any of the sauces they offer. The sauces are another yummy treat that I discovered, I chose the hot honey & honey dijon. I will DEFINITELY go back.
